OK guys. Thought I would share my method of creating videos. I never attempted this before but it's kind of easy albeit a little time consuming. Although, my second video didn't take quite as long as I got more familiar with the software. There are tons of free video editing software but for the purpose of this post, I'll be showing you Windows Live Movie Maker as recommended by CHUNKNESS.

I know there are probably hundreds of ways of going about to create the video, but I am going to show you how I do it.

    1. Make sure you have your twitch profile connected to Youtube. To check if it is set up, click on the wrench icon next to your name.

    2. Make sure you have a Youtube account (I'm not going to get in to how to create a Youtube account) connected. If you don't, connect it here.

    3. Head back to your profile page and click past broadcasts.

    4. Select your video that you want to send to Youtube. You will get a screen like the one below. Select the gear and click export.

    5. I've always clicked "split the video". Once you upload to Youtube, you are finished with the Twitch page.

    6. Go to Youtube and click on "my channels". Once there, select "video manager".

    7. Find the video(s) that you want to download and click the pulldown button next to the edit button. Select download MP4. Keep in mind that if your game is about 1 hour, there should be 4 different videos to download. You are now done with the Youtube site for a bit.

    8. Make sure you have downloaded Windows Live Movie Maker. Click "add videos and photos" and browse to your video.

    9. Go to the edit ribbon and select trim tool. (I found that if I watch the video at 4x or 8x times speed, I can get to the more important plays quicker, yet watch the video to make sure I didn't miss a play. Just make sure you put it back to 1x when trimming the clip, otherwise, you will have highlights at warp speed).

    10. Select the start point of the play that you want and select set start point. You can adjust this however you want. Then select the end point and click save trim.

    11. Go back to the home tab and select "add videos and photos" and select the video that you want to pull the highlight from. Then repeat steps 9 and 10. You keep doing this step until you have all the highlights that you want.

    12. You can easily add transitions between your videos by clicking animations tab. Then select the video that you want the transition to be in front of and then select your transition animation. Play around and add music, text, etc... Once you get the feel of it, it's pretty easy to use.

    13. Now you want to save your movie as an up-loadable Youtube format. Click the pull down button to the left of the home tab. Select save movie and the setting Youtube.

    14. Go back to Youtube and make sure you're still signed in. Then click upload.

    15. Click publish. Once the video is done processing, you can share the link and your incredible game.

Give it a try guys. It probably seems daunting for some, but after just one, I got the hang of it. Create some content and be a more vocal member of the Q!

How do I save broadcasts? I have done two streams and the vids are nowhere to be found. I've also poked around the site and profile settings still nothing.
