I love a challenge, but is UT a "White Elephant"

Obviously, I'm late to the party, and I don't mind a challenge. In fact, I usually take lesser teams in order to have a better challenge, but I pose this question.

With a limited amount of time left will I be able to ever actually compete decently with such a beaten up team? If this was year 1 or 2 and we still had 8 months until the next release then it would be different.

So, will Tennessee add any competitive edge to the league? If there is any possibility then I want to stay with my boys.

    post script:

a white elephant is an idiom for an asset that the upkeep would cost more than its profit, i.e. the Buffalo Bills ;)

Well whatever you want to do, you can choose someone else on that side of the SEC if you'd like, I haven't gotten a chance to look at Tennessee so I don't know what kind of shape they are in.

Come on, 2 stars can't be that much further away from what they are in real life :)

Yeah I dont have the foggiest idea of what their prestige or pitches look like by now. Id suggest playing them though if they are your favorite team.

I agree with Pa. If I were you I would stick with Tennessee because they are my team and if I didn't I would wish that I had. But like i said, it's totally your call and if you'd rather play as someone else then it's no problem to me.

Doesnt matter to me. I have always thought you paid 60+ for the game and this is supposed to be fun right? Play with whoever you want within the confines of the league set up.

    Okay, I'll stick with them.

I expected them to be a 3 or 4 star, but its cool. This will be interesting.

And come on gators, we are on a bad stretch bro! :)
