If your in the middle of a blowout...

do you keep your pedal to the medal?
sub in your backups and keep the ball rollin....
settle into cruise control with your starters?
    try new plays?

I sub in the young cats and get them some burn.....I'll experiment with the playbook as well....I ain't had the chance to do that with Clemson yet though....every game has been close

I normally go super conservative and run the ball. Im trying to learn how to pass the ball effectively so Im trying to score more than I usually do.

I almost always bring the subs in as much as I can though.

I bring in my subs so my starters don't get embarassed any more than they already have. Oh wait...you mean if we are winning. :)

Young guns come in and let corso pick some offensive plays.

No, he asked what do you do differently in blowouts, not how you normally play :D

I usually don't blow anyone out, but when it does happen I play my backups.

depending on how early things get out of control, i slow things down with my starters and try out new plays i dont usually use. then with about 5 mins left in the game, pull the starters for the backups so they are guaranteed a few series on both sides of the ball

I usually try new plays with my guys in there. NCState, I don't really have a ton of offensive firepower and in fact, my defense has had a lot to do with my scores being where they are at now...my offense has been rather solid, with me pounding the rock with Greg Ingram 25-30 times a game.

I think our 8 minute quarters are too long. 7 mins much better and would keep the 70 point scores less frequent.
