Interest in a non-premier NBA 2K13 League

I would be down. Haven't bought the game but I really want to. Game snuck up on me this year. Is this league gonna happen?

If you are serious about joining, you would be the 12th owner. Then I would look at possibly going to the Commishes with this, but I would have to make sure all the others who expressed interest in this still are. This has been in the works wfor a while, wanna make sure no ones flaked yet.

I love the game every year, but if I can't get in a sim league its not worth playing in my eyes just because I feel like I get cheesed harder in 2k (at least dating back a few years) in ranked games than madden.

So is this not going to happen? Whats the deal.

I would be able to participate, but not run it.. I don't enough free time for it. So until someone else steps up to run it.. yeah.

Ok, i love this game too much. If you guys don't mind running on slow, i could run this and keep you boys in line.

I want to get this off the ground. I want dedicated users. This is too solid of a game title for flakes. The OA will be a 58 game season run on Slow pace. If guys finish games early, we will advance the league ahead a week. If i don't get AT LEAST 10 users, this will not happen. Plain and simple. Here's what i need.

I would like to be in this league because i absolutely love this game and am looking to join a league with ppl who are committed to it from start to finish and I can never find that. Other than that I'm a stone cold hooops junkie. Play 2k everyday

I just bought the game today but would commit to being competitive and getting back into it. Was into it huge 2k6-9 and then 2k11.

I would be a definite. I just saw this today, but I'm tired of my OA's dying after 2 weeks.

Why Do You Want In This League?: Starting in 2006 I became a big fan of the NBA. 2k was the best game on the street at the time and apparently is the only real competition now anyway. Sim basketball leagues are much tougher to come by than madden leagues so being in one at all gets me really excited. My family has been die hard Lakers fans my who life. I've never been as big of a fan of the NBA as the NFL though. I'm a diehard panthers fan and can't stand any of the other teams in the NFC South. They are out rivals etc. The NBA however I don't see that way. I'm a fan, but I think its I'm more a fan of the competition, the 7 game series, the drama that unfolds etc. I'm also a bigger fan of individual players in the NBA and follow them from team to team more so than a diehard fan of a specific team. Since my family is all Lakers fans I feel closest to them but also think Ray Ray at 74 years old and KD are incredible.

I'm out. I bought it this morning at 11 and took it back at 3. Worst basketball game I've played in a while. I'll keep 2k12 and play that instead.

What didn't you like about it?

wow that blows my mind, im curious also as to what u didnt like about it. it's an awesome game especially once u get a hang of the dribble stick, so much fun. and the new ultimate team and other mode upgrades. but really it comes down to the great gameplay for me.

I hated the new controls, and the flow of the game. I tried to find something I liked about it so I wouldn't waste $40 but JMO I couldn't find one redeeming quality about it. Even the interfaces turned me off. I felt like I was playing a basketball game inside Saints Row.

I know I am in the extreme minority as far as this game goes. I thought 2k12 was pretty perfect and they went an fooled around with everything. They implemented the control system from NBA Live and sold it as a brand new system, I hated it then and I hated it today. Plus I couldn't miss a shot. I bumped it to HOF and went 17-21 from deep with the Nuggets. I know they can fill it up but that's ridiculous.
