Jacksonville, FL - In week 11, the Jaguars (2-7) played host to the Cardinals (1-8) who were looking to win on the road in the battle of the bottom feeders. Matt Scott led the Jaguars offense once again as Blaine Gabbert was sidelined due to illness. Despite an early interception following a bad read by Scott and despite a first half fumble by MJD in the Red Zone; the Jaguars were able to capitalize on Cardinals turnovers scoring 21 points off of their opponent's miscues. Mike Vick was replaced by Carson Palmer after throwing his third INT late in the second quarter. However, Palmer struggled on the day as well. The game proved to the Jaguars that if they play good defense and protect the ball on offense, they can manufacture wins. The Jaguars did so in week 11 overtaking the Cardinals by a final score of 24-7.

    Matt Scott... 12/17, 216 yds, 2 TD, 1 INT

Marshawn Lynch... 20 ATT, 82 yds, TD
    MJD... 22 ATT, 117 yds
Brice Butler... 1 rec, 39 yds, TD
Toney Clemons... 4 rec, 70 yds, TD

Good game, Mike. Some tough hurdles to overcome when on the road like you were. Good luck with your upcoming off-season. Miki1369
