As a Cowboys fan as well I can say RIP to a hell of a defensive coordinator that always seemed to come up with the right blitz package to stimy the Boys. The Eagles will be playing on emotion but they simply will not be as good of a team defensively without Jim Johnson calling plays.
On a side note, fool me once, shame on you, fool me 73 times, shame on all of us. Brett Favre continues to burn up his legacy with this dog and pony show.

It is a sad day for Eagle Nation. RIP Double J. The man helped change the way defense in the NFL is played today. Brian Dawkins owes his career to this man. Dawkins has not been able to cover anybody for the last 4 seasons and yet he finds himself in the Pro Bowl. Johnsons schemes allowed that to happen. You will be miss Jim.

You could not be more right about the Eagles playing on raw emotion all season Ryno.

Yep....A very sad day. The Eagles will struggle on D but I think the emotion and dedication they will bring to the table will balance out in play.
