Justin.tv now allows you to directly upload to youtube IF you don't already know when you broadcast on www.justin.tv it also records and archives your broadcast for like 2 weeks. You can highlight a part of your broadcast and save it forever in your account. NOW you can directly upload it youtube seamlessly. I did that for the first time today and it worked great.
