I asked Masler this and he said propose this to the league.

When we started I was hoping to move Ark. State originally to the Big XII, but the teams filled up over there. Now we added 'Cuse to the ACC, same division as NC State. What I have asked to do, is to take over Ark. State and replace Syracuse with them. The past 2 years they have won the Sun Belt and finished top 10 both years at the end of regular season, and Syracuse hasn't won more than 2-3 conference games, better yet maybe that many in non-conference games. So I'd like everyone to vote here and hopefully we can get this change tomorrow night. It's not like I'm trying to leave my career behind at NC State, but I just wanted to play with Arkansas State team since I don't get much time offline with the game. I actually have a great recruiting class coming into Raleigh and I'm willing to give that and my coaching prestige up, to move and begin rebuilding in Jonesboro. Thanks!

    I wouldn't have a problem with this.

I don't mind this. He is within our recruiting boundaries and it looks like Ark State would be more competitive. I know we are trying to stay realistic but NC State CPU would challenge more than Syracuse would.

That's what I was doing research on before I even asked you. NC State has a real good class, and I've built them the past 2 years with a top 20 class last year, and all needs are filled and I think they would be at least a 6-6 each season depending on if they keep recruiting good.

And you are cool with staying at NC State should the league decline this request?

NCSt will be at least a :4stars: and probably a :5stars: while ASU will either be a :2stars:, but most likely a :3stars: so it's not like he's running away from a poor team to grab a better one so I think it's fine.

What happens to Syracuse if they're removed? I'd propose they get shipped back to the Big East to give them a CCG. If so, this'll mean a little more work for Masler to try to balance the Big East divisions.

They are all pretty equal, just going to balance geographically if I can.

When we started the league, we made the decision to not allow teams to move. I am not saying I want to move, but if I want to make a change, why can't I? What will the reasoning be that I can't?

Dangerous precedent to set. If we aren't allowed to change per our league rules, then nobody should be able to change.

    Sorry again.

Yea it's fine if it gets rejected. Just need 3 more votes to secure it though

You could ship Memphis back to CUSA depending on what CUSA looks like.

1 actually, we are only at 11 members, 6 votes is the majority.

I agree with you as well, I knew this would be a valid point that would get brought up, but from the get go everyone wanted Syracuse and Pitt added in or I would've had the option to add Ark. State to the ACC, but we wanted it to remain real at first. But I can't knock your argument.

True, I was counting the new guy though, so 6 votes would be 11 since we haven't moved to the next season.

I understand where we are coming from, but I look back and didn't want the Big XII or ACC as the conferences so I missed out on where I wanted to go. But I understand the want to move.

True I was gunning for Big XII or ACC vs SEC and then I'd go after Tennessee, but probably would've lost out on them by being a late draft pick so it really didn't matter who we got to me

I guess my thing is, I would leave Houston in an instance if I could get a different team that I wanted from the start. So why shouldn't I be allowed to move.

Especially since we are moving teams to make it happen.

A spread attack may be useful in the ACC, I may even go to no-huddle, except they fucked that up...so much for that

Is your wanted team a downgrade from your current team?
