I really hate being ranked #1.

Oregon survives a scare at home and wins in OT.

    Oregon - 20
    North Carolina - 13

I will post a full report tomorrow.

You will probably take the top spot after you beat A&M.

If any of you get the chance, take a gander at Marcus Lattimore's ratings for this year. Reminder: He is a Junior.

Florida's defense saved the day. They scored 4 TD's on the day, 2 off of fumbles and 2 off of INT's. DE Dominique Easley was a beast. He compiled 9 total tackes, 4 sacks, 2 FF, 2 FR and 2TD's.

    Georgia ???
    Ohio State ???

Game 1 - Was tied 7-7 with OSU driving on the 3rd drive of the game. I lost power for like 5 seconds, didn't kill my TV/Xbox but did kill the router

Game 2 - Was 0-0 when it disconnected on the first drive. I do not know reason this dropped.

Game 3 - Was 21-0 when it appears abolishthefed had a game freeze. I can't say for sure but I know he needed to return to Dashboard.

Game 4 - We decided to play one half with my team having an imaginary 21- lead. OSU got the ball first but threw a pick. Georgia scored a TD to go up 7 (28) - 0. On the next drive OSU got a field goal and Goegia responded with another TD 14 (35) - 3. Buckeyes added another field goal late in the game. For the second half we just ran the clock out.

End result is a Georgia win. I wish we could have just finished the first game, since the first disconnect appeared to kill Miller's momentum.

Yeah, I hate it when the games DC late. Usually at that point I would rather just leave it up to a sim if I had a small lead or go on AP if I was losing. It's just not as exciting the second time around, imo.

Good job keeping the SEC dominance going. ;)

I would rather just sim it or replay the whole game. Playing just one half is kinda lame.

The Ducks Survive a Scare at Home Against North Carolina in OT

North Carolina jumped out to an early 10-0 lead before Oregon could get on the board. The Ducks scored with 17 seconds left in the half when Darron Thomas hit Josh Huff on a 72 yard completion. That was Thomas' only highlight of the game. He had a horrible day completing only 10 of 22 passes with 3 interceptions. Kenjon Barner and Lache Seastrunk were the difference makers in the game. They combined for 224 yards and 1 TD. The running game was used heavily in the 4th quarter, setting up 2 FGs to send the game to OT. Rob Beard hit a 52 yarder and 30 yarder as time expired. Barner was able to score the game-winning TD from 3 yards out in OT. The defense played well on the day. They tallied 4 sacks and 2 interceptions while holding the Tar Heels to only 25 yards rushing. The two starting freshmen defenders are playing like upperclassmen. Phil Cunningham had 9 tackles with 2 TFLs and 1 pass deflection. Bryce Glover had 5 tackles with 1 TFL and 1 sack.

Oregon has a bye week before facing Notre Dame in a rematch of last year's national title game.

    Key Stats:

    Kenjon Barner - 24 carries 141 yards 1 TD 2 catches 9 yards
    Josh Huff - 4 catches 120 yards 1 TD
    Phil Cunningham - 9 tackles 2 TFLs 1 deflection
    Bo Lokombo - 3 tackles 2 TFLs 2 sacks
