The servers came down this morning.

I thought that that the game got uploaded, but I am not seeing the result or the story on the wire. Can you toss the result so I can replay?

    No.

This was them bringing their servers down.

    HovaTheGodMC

Unless you tossed it, it looks like the result didn't take anyway. I wasn't able to connect to the servers to check, so I wasn't sure...

Well, if it says I have a restart after I play it, that's why it will be there.

    LSU - 34
    Vanderbilt - 0

I wish that my first game would've just gotten saved, because I played terrible this time. The first time around, Mettenberger completed 11/12 passes and I had 3 backs gain over 100 yards on the ground. In this one, Mettenberger was 17/31 and I had 2 backs go over 100 yards. Vandy's DT had an amazing game, grabbing 3 sacks (I've only given up 1 in my 4 other games combined). My defense wasn't able to force any turnovers and the pass rush was not as good as normal, although they still didn't get many yards.

    Oh well.

I play Kentucky next week, and will have at least 5 recruits visiting... I wish I had a few more open spots for recruits this year.

    Michigan takes down Penn St

    #20 Michigan 38
    Penn St 31

Michigan headed to Beaver Stadium for a reboot of the Penn St vs Michigan matchup. The game was filled with alot of offense and bad defense. Both defenses were torched regularly. QB Denard Robinson had the best passing day of his career going 12 for 20 for 330 YDs and 3 TDs. He was able to hook with both of his freshman wideouts who both hauled in TDs. WR Roundtree led the team with 135 YDs and a TD. Penn St made a push late but could not finish after CB Avery intercepted the Nittany Lion QB. HB Cox ran for 97 YDs and 2 TDs giving Michigan a solid run game. Michigan opens up the Big Ten season 1-0, and look to turn the season around next week hosting #8 TCU in the Big House.

    Player of the Game

    QB Denard Robinson

    248.1 Rating, 12/20 330 YDs, 3 TDs, 0 INTs, 13 YDs rushing

I can't believe the Puke St / scUM game wasn't under the lights, so the Puke St fans could have their garbage white out.

    Houston 10
    #15 Ohio State 23

Ohio State will be working on red zone offense and the kicking game extensively at practice this week. The Buckeye defense held Houston to 198 total yards and 1-10 on third down conversions. On offense, Braxton Miller had his first 300 yard passing game. Besides that, this game wasn't overly exciting. The Buckeyes still have no offensive identity and the offensive line chooses not to block on about 1/3 of the plays.

Florida played their best game in a long time. This was a complete team victory and we hope it builds as we get ready to enter SEC play. Boise State's only TD came when they got the Gator defense in an all out blitz and hit on a 88 yard TD pass. Patrick Wilson had the best game of his young career completing 16/22 passes for 309 yards and 4 TD. WR Andre Dubose produced 99 yards on 5 catches, including 2 TDs. Next up is I Peench and his Ole Miss squad.

    Georgia 7
    Ole Miss 3

The score was as game was as exciting as the score :). Actually it was a fairly entertaining game to play. Both teams were able to move the ball but struggled at getting into scoring range. The first score of the game came by Georgia. The running game did most of the work for Georgia on that drive, and for the entire game. Crowell got the TD rush from 4 yards out. After that Georgia never really got in scoring range till the last drive of the game. Ole Miss had 3 drives that placed them in scoring range. The first one ended in a failed 4th down conversion on a 4th and inches attempt. Ole Miss tried a HB toss but the CB tackled the HB before the marker. The second attempt ended in a field goal, while the third attempt was picked off by MLB Robinson. Probably the biggest reason for the low score was lack of down field passing. Both QB's completed over 50% of their passes but each threw for under 100 yards and averaged a little over 10 yards per completion. Murray finished with 78 yards passing on 7 of 12 passing, while Mackey completed 8 of 13 for 85 yards.

Off. Player of the Game - Carlton Thomas 22 carries 125 yards

Def. Player of the Game - Christian Robinson 2 tackles 1 interception

Note: I actually recorded the whole game on my new webcam. Gonna see if I can find a way to edit and upload tonight.

Oregon Defeats Notre Dame in a Rematch of the National Championship Game

This was a pretty even game throughout. Both teams moved the ball fairly well but could not find the endzone until late. Notre Dame scored first on a 27 yard FG. Oregon then answered with 28 yard FG. They would then each kick another FG with the Ducks hitting a 48 yarder as time expired in the first half. The third quarter was very similar to the 1st half with each team moving the ball but not finding the endzone. Oregon hit the 1st FG and then the Irish answered. The Ducks finally scored a TD in the 4th quarter when Lache Seastrunk scored from 5 yards out. Notre Dame answered on the very next play from scrimmage. Dayne Crist hit Davaris Daniels on a 78 yard bomb beating double coverage to tie the game with 1:42 to play. Oregon then moved the ball down the field and Rob Beard hit a game winning 37 yard FG while being iced with 0:06 to play. The Ducks were then able to knock down a final attempt at the endzone as time expired.

Oregon will next host Washington and FacePlant City in a PAC 12 match

    Key Stats:

    Lache Seastrunk - 13 carries 53 yards 1 TD
    Michael Clay - 9 tackles 2 TFLs 1 sack 1 deflection
    Bryce Glover - 2 tackles 1 TFL 1 sack 1 FF
