    Alabama - 65
    Ole Miss - 0

Alabama dominated on both sides of the ball in this rivalry game. The Crimson Tide defense allowed only 163 yards of total offense and created 5 turnovers. The offense again used the run to setup the pass. Joe McKinley led the way with 9 carries for 121 yards and 3 TDs. Joey Taylor went for 60 yards on 13 carries. John Bowling completed 11 for 16 passes for 141 yards and 2 TDs before he left at halftime. RS Freshman Brandon Casey came into this blowout and did not have a good showing. He only completed 4 of 12 passes for 57 yards. He did have 1 TD but also an interception. Tucker Gray led the receivers with 3 catches for 35 yards and 1 TD. Joel Carter and Jeff Owen both finished with 3 catches for 39 yards. Jake Carlson led the defense in tackles with 9. He also deflected 1 pass and forced 2 fumbles.

Just didn't the horses to run with you brave, was happy with what I saw from my team though considering how we stacked up ratings wise. Early on I had some sick idea I could maybe hang with you, then you realized how much better your O line was then my d line (same goes for your D vs my O)

But hey like I said, I'm happy with how my team played, and I'll take a 21 point loss @ Happy Valley when your #1 with the team I have anytime.

    good game

    Ohio State next!

The Nittanty Lions took care of business against Minnesota. The Gophers played well behind coach Kasper, but frankly the players were not talented enough to match up with Penn State. The rushing attack against led the way for the Nittany Lions. William Johnson carried the ball 18 times for 108 yards, scoring 3 TD along the way. The passing game barely broke the 100 yard mark in this game, with 3 different QB seeing time. Nelson, the starter, missed some time due to an early injury but led the team with 71 yards passing. While he missed time, backup Eddie Darby did not perform. Darby completed just 1 of 5 passes and he threw an interception, matching Nelson's total in the first 5 games of this season. The Penn State defense grabbed 3 more takeaways in this game, including 2 more interceptions. MLB Love and CB Wright grabbed the picks in this game. The Gophers' touchdowns came late in the game and did not threaten to take away the lead. Overall Minnesota's quarterbacks had a rough day, completing 7 of 20 passes.

@Kasper - GG man, you are correct that your team was out manned in this matchup. Taking over Minnesota this late in the dynasty is a very difficult challenge.

I'm not 100% on this, and if I'm wrong its only by 1 or 2.. but I think the 3 or 4 turnovers you forced today were the only ones on the year so far for me.

I just need RB's and an offensive line to run my style of offense :( I was damn happy with the defense though, they just were on the field allllllllll day.

    #14 Georgia 31
    #18 Tennessee 21

Georgia traveled to Knoxville and took control of the SEC East. QB Jon Williams led the offense with 3 TD and 300+ passing yards. In the final quarter of the game, Tennessee's starting QB was lost for the next 3 weeks, as the Vols have to play Bama, South Carolina, and Kentucky. Their season is basically ruined. Georgia DE Darryl Holley is making the most of his senior year, as he was in the backfield repeatedly during this game. Georgia next travels to Jacksonville to play the Gayturds in the World's Largest Outdoor Cocktail Party.
