    Alabama - 45
    Ole Miss - 7

Alabama dominated another SEC opponent. The Crimson Tide defense held Ole Miss to 197 yards of total offense. The Rebels were not able to do much of anything on the day. They went 0-9 on third downs and only made 8 first downs. Alabama was led by Jamie Ross and Matt Miles. Ross completed 15 of 21 passes for 231 yards and 3 TDs. Miles caught 9 passes for 149 yards and 2 TDs. Ryan Horn came in to relieve Ross and complete all 5 of his passes with 2 TDs.

Hova, any chance of having a home game in the beginning of the season next year? Not being able to invite recruits to campus is butt raping my class this season.

    #24 Miami - 35

    Maryland - 28

    Coach Masler pissed at team

This win was not a pretty one, 6 turnovers and a lack of defense had Coach Masler visibly swearing on the sidelines. The Terp receivers seemed open at will while the Miami defense was lacking in all areas. Jamar Young got pulled after his 4th turnover and Brooks managed to keep the Canes in the game and had a huge 50 yard pass to Weber that set up George's game winning TD rush. DE Richardson was the one beacon of hope on the defense as he racked up 5 sacks before tearing his shoulder and going down for 9 weeks, Freshmen Dowdell is going to be replacing him. FIGURES.

Miami keeps above .500 and are now 4-2(3-1). Georgia Tech comes to Miami next week.

    Stats

    J. Young - 14/23, 258 yards, 2 TD
    P. Brooks - 8/11, 182 yards, TD

    J. George - 17 Att, 72 yards, 2 TD

    C. Patterson - 6 Rec, 156 yards, 2 TD
    D. Bass - 5 Rec, 74 yards, TD
    B. Weber - 3 Rec, 96 yards

    A. Samuel - 11 Tackles
    J. Richardson - 7 Tackles, 5 Sacks

The second team defense gave up a score again. They have given up a TD in all 4 games they have played this season, blowing up 3 shutouts. Zach Brown led the offense, throwing 2 TD. Matt Tyson came back from injury and had 100 yards receiving and a TD. The running game went for over 200 yards split between 4 backs.

UCLA Breaks Top 10, Cougars' Hearts
    45-7
Los Angeles, CA (AP) -- The Bruins have really hit their stride under Coach Max. They are ranked #9 in the country, have been pulling in some top-tier talent, and have players performing at a very high level.
Wazzu broke a 44yd TD run after UCLA had already scored 14 in the first, and that would the only taste of endzone the Cougars would get all day. The rest of the game was complete domination on the defensive side of the ball by the Bruins, and the offense matched that intensity. Lee Downing had one of the best statistical games of his lifetime completing 89% of his passes and tossing 3 TDs before Coach Max called off the dogs. Humphrey got in on the action too, topping 150yd on 20 carries with a TD of his own.
This one got ugly fast with UCLA piling up 533yd of total offense while holding WSU to under 250yd total. The Bruins ratcheted it up on 3rd down too, holding the helpless Cougs to 2/10 and keeping them 0/2 on 4th down (two fake punts). Wazzu was just clearly out-matched from both a talent and coaching perspective.
The Bruins march on and improve to 6-0(4-0) with their next match @Cal. The Golden Bears are struggling this season. USC, UCLA, and Oregon have been gobbling up the Cali 'croots' for years now and it has hit Cal the hardest as evidenced by their currently winless season. After that short road trip the Bruins come back to the Rose Bowl for a big-time conference matchup with 3-1 Stanford before traveling cross-country to face a top 5 Georgia squad.

    VA Tech 28

This was a crazy game. It was close in the first half thanks to some dumb throws by both of us. It really got crazy in the 3rd QTR as we scored back and forth over and over. The difference in the game was the 5 INTs that VA Tech QB Hicks threw. 2 to SS Washington who had an amazing pick 6 that won the game, I saved the highlight, will post later. QB Stanley overall had a great day with almost 400 yards passing and 3 TDs, he has 1 INT which was a terrible play right before the half that was costly but we ended up on top. GG Killer.

GG. The two picks by Washington were nice, the other throws were just really dumb by me.

I was about ready to smash my controller with those over the top throws.

Is this a home and home or just a 1 time thing?

LOL Ya Nash played great but my 6'5 fast WR was out, he makes my offense way more dangerous as the best deep threat and moves Nash to the slot.

I dunno I usually just do random schedules outside of conference challenge, try to play new guys every year

    LSU 55

LSU rolled against their hated rivals the Florida Gators. LSU jumped to a 17-3 lead in the 1st quarter with McDaniel hooking up with Bowers and Stewart for 2 pass TDs. In the 2nd quarter, Florida finally added a TD but LSU again scored 17 points. McDaniel threw 2 TDs again, and found Mitchell and Ingram this time. In the second half, Florida could not get anything going, and McDaniel lit up the Florida secondary with 3 TD pases to Bowers, Mitchell, and Smith. McDaniel went 28-41 for 525 yards and 7 TDs. Ingram caught 9 receptions for 207 yards and a TD.
