    #3 Iowa 21
    Nebraska 14

In one of the most sloppy football games in college football this year, the Iowa Hawkeyes escape Lincoln with a seven point win to move to 10-1 on the season. This game the two teams combined for 10 turnovers, with Iowa QB Adam Reese throwing 6 interceptions (4 in the first half) and Nebraska throwing 3 interceptions of their own and loosing a fumble. The Hawkeyes were able to put up 21 points in the second quarter on 3 Reese TD passes who looked sharp when he wasn't turning it over in the first half. Nebraska got on the board in the second as well and was down 21-7 at the half.

The second half went worse for Iowa as Reese struggled to complete anything and tacked on two more interceptions. Finally in the fourth quarter Iowa was able to grind out some yards on the ground to move the ball and chew some clock. Unfortunately Nebraska broke an 80 yard TD run to cut the lead to 7 at 21-14 and had some chances to tie. The Iowa defense played well enough at the end to keep them out of the endzone though.

Next week Iowa heads home to host the Spartans of Michigan State.

The defense stepped up after its terrible play in week 11 against Kentucky. The Tigers managed just 139 yards, with just 49 yards on the ground. On offense The Bulldogs had 4 different backs rush for at least 40 yards. HB #4 Herron stole the show. He got some late game carries and scored a 59 yard TD. The special teams wizard also added 87 yards on 6 punt returns. HB #3 Swan was second on the team with 70 yards. The passing game also put up some yards. Blalock finished the game with 228 yards passing and 2 TD. The big play was a 72 yard TD pass to WR #1 Mitchell. Next up for Georgia is a rivalry match with South Carolina, followed by an out of conference game against Fighting Irish.

    ASU - 17
    Utah - 12

The Sun Devils continue their Pac-12 win streak this week, beating Utah in a defensive struggle. The Sun Devil defense was dominant through three before the Utah HB broke a 78 yard run to pull within five. However, after getting the ball back, the ASU offense took the ball the length of the field, taking a knee at the Utah five to run out the clock. The ASU HBs put in an impressive performance today, with injuries forcing the Sun Devils to play three different players at the position, with the backups making some huge runs to seal the game.

There wasn't much the Vols were able to do in this game. A decent drive resulting in a field goal, then a long run on their next play for a TD, then a punt return for a TD forced Tennessee to become one dimensional, which can make it tough to put together drives. The LSU front four got a great pass rush which allowed them to drop 7 into coverage quite a bit. With the quick start the offense got, they really didn't need to pass the ball and were able to just play ball control. The backs were running hard and the offensive line opened enormous holes, which mad it pretty easy to run the ball. Thomas ran for 200 yards and Green ran for over 100. Tennessee was held to just 33 yards of total offense.

My offense has been hit/miss all year. It's hard to compete with the Powerhouses when just about everyone on my team tops out at 80 OVR. My receivers couldn't get open like they were either on Revis Island or being covered by the spawn of Deion Sanders, and when they did get open they couldn't catch. Add in my 71 OVR o-line can't pass protect or run block and you get 33 yards of total O.
