Damn, had him soft committed for 2 weeks. Not a back breaking loss since I have a #1 QB (true sophomore) on my roster, but still wish I got Peterson too.

    Thanks Max and @Kasper.

    Penn State 65
    Indiana 0

Indiana actually got worse since last year. Penn State decided to roll with Eddie Darby and the move paid off. The kicker could have passed for TD's against the Hoosiers. Darby threw 5 TD passes... in the first quarter. WR3 Pino caught 3 TD passes while WR1 Clark caught the other 2 TD passes. The defense also scooped up a fumble for a TD, so Penn State was up 42-0 before the quarter ended. After that the passing game took a seat and the run game took over. Johnson punched in a short rush TD, as did QB3 Barber.

Note: I had to punt an extra point to not break the scoring cap, in the third quarter. Indiana is terrible, I could have scored 150 if I kept passing :).

The rumor is zone defense will be improved in '12, so that should help.

    Ole Miss 35
    #12 Georgia 42

Neither team made many defensive stops. Ole Miss actually went for 500+ yards. They were unstoppable on 3rd down and their RB broke about 10 tackles. Georgia was paced by HB Chris Smith, who scored 3 TD. WR Moore had over 100 yards receiving and a TD.

Next week Georgia closes out the SEC season against Vanderbilt. That game is followed by Miami and Clemson, then the SEC championship game against the Bama / LSU winner.

It depends. It's not easy when you get those stretches where all of the DBs will run their routes ahead of the WRs. :(

    Alabama - 45
    LSU - 7

Turnovers and dropped passes killed any chance LSU had to beat Alabama at home. With this win the Crimson Tide should make there annual trip to the SEC Championship game. QB John Bowling had not played regularly the last two games with nagging injuries. He was able to stay injury free and came up with a big game. He completed all 15 passes he threw for 201 yards and 2 TDs. One of those TD passes went to freshman Marcus Coe and the other to Tucker Gray. Ryan McGee was the leading pass catcher with 4 receptions for 64 yards. Joey Taylor and Joe McKinley proved to be a potent 1-2 punch; combining for 142 yards and 3 TDs. The defense was able to pick off 2 passes and recover 1 fumble.
