Rivalry game in the ACC. Florida State controlled this game start to finish. The defense was solid and Christian Ponder developed some chemistry with Sophomore WR Wille Haulstead. The pair hooked up 5 times for 85 yards and 4 TD.

The Ducks get a big scare from the Cardinals as they played from behind most of the game as agian they are plagued by turnovers. James led the ground game with 95yds TD. Costa was forced to throw the ball more to get the team back in the game with a season high 202yds 2 TD. The Ducks defense looked very suspect as they continued to allow big play after big play both on the ground and in the air.

Tyrod Taylor was perfect in every aspect, not because he's that good, but because he was throwing to WIDE OPEN receivers all game. The 'Pack played at least 9 in the box to shut down the run and failed miserably. TT was 11-12 for 232 yds passing and 2 TD's and added another 83 yds rushing with a score. Ryan Williams had 147 yds and a 39 yard TD run of his own. The Hokie defense was stifling all day and recovered 2 'Pack fumbles.

    Alabama - 56
    Florida - 0

Alabama crushes Florida in a matchup of top 10 teams. The game plan going into the week was to control the ball and keep the Gators high powered offense off the field. Alabama ran the ball 40 times and accomplished this. Mark Ingram took 20 of those carries and ran for 102 yards and 2 touchdowns. Redshirt freshman Eddie Lacy is filling in nicely for injured RB Trent Richardson. He ran for 72 yards on 15 carries with 3 touchdowns. QB Greg McElroy also had another efficient game going 14 for 18 for 225 yards and 2 touchdowns. He hit 7 different receivers on the day. Brandon Gibson led those receivers with 3 catches for 85 yards and 1 score.

The Crimson Tide will travel to South Carolina next week to face the Gamecocks.

This is the first game this year that completely pissed me off b/c regardless of what I did I could not tackle, block, run or throw. On a playaction passs Forcier just turned a ran out of the endzone. On another Robinson just fumbled the ball running out of bounds to avoid the contact. Ridiculous!!!

Iowa just would not go away in this game but some running and passing by Newsome got Penn State the win. Newsome played a role in all four touchdowns, three of the touchdowns were rushing. The game was not perfect for sophomore quarterback, he was sacked for a safety and threw an interception. The rest of the Penn State offense was solid but not spectacular. Royster had 79 yards rushing in the game but he did most of his work late. Graham Zug led the receiving core with 3 catches and 48 yards, including a 7 yard TD. Iowa QB Ricky Stanzi had a solid game to keep Hawkeyes in the game, throwing for all 3 touchdowns.

There is a glitch with play-action screen pass that causes your QB to get stuck in that animation.

    OSU - 21
    Illinois -3

The Ohio State Buckeyes took its No. 1 ranking on the road for the first time this season against Illinois and came away with a 21-3 win.

OSU looked to be in trouble early after Illinois forced a three and out on Ohio State's first drive. UI would control the rest of the quarter and drive all the way down to the OSU three-yard line before the Buckeye's were able to come up with a fourth down stop thanks to defensive tackle Dexter Larimore.

From there on out the game belonged to OSU. QB Terrelle Pryor had perhaps his best game of the season as the junior signal caller threw for two scores and ran for another.

The Buckeye defense had success getting to the QB all day, racking up an impressive six sacks with four coming from senior defensive end Cam Heyward.

Ugly game again for the Bruins. Lots of fumbles, dropped passes galore also. But, the Cougs suck so we manage to hang in there and pull out the win.

Wow at this week's disparity. Two users get knocked off big and Bama completely rips Florida. Bama must be better than I though, yikes.

I have problems catching as well, try using the conservative catching setting, that helps alot

I just looked at everyone's break tackles by the CPU and nobody was high except suge... Even masler only had a few on him. So it's not a slider setting. What is wrong with them Maize?? Maybe you are doing something. Try conservative strip and big hit possibly if you see it again? Also try to gang tackle. It makes no sense really as it was Indiana. I will look more into after work.

I usually do this because my receivers in general are not the greatest but I forgot last night. So im sure that contributed to 8 drops.
