After 2 Disconnects and about 10 QTRs we finally got a full game in. It was a defensive battle throughout. I won with 20 seconds left taking a gamble in the red zone. Oregon committed to the run and Barkley threw the game winning TD, can be seen in the highlights. GG hokie. I thought it would never end. Full review coming soon

Yes all 8 quarters were a defensive battle. I had trouble moving the ball and when your QB is 4/15 you aren't going to win many ball games. USC's defense is the truth and I am betting the house that they are holding up that crystal ball come seasons end.

    GG Hova, until next season......

Florida State improves their record to 7-0 on the heels of another close game. We can again thank the opposing teams kicker as they missed a FG and a late PAT that could have tied the game. Ponder struggled throwing a pair of INT's. It was the defense keeping us in the game as usual. We harrased the NC State QB, sacking him 4 times. A key play was late in the game, Sophomore Toshmon Stephens got a sack and forced a fumble, LB Nigel Carr recovered to help preserve the Seminole win.

Miami fights back from a 7-21 deficit to win on the road. Harris finally won POTG throwing 3 TD's and no INT's. Thank the LORD! Miami is looking to earn a bowl game this season but face two tough teams of GA Tech and VA Tech and can only afford one more loss.

Completely jobbed by the computer. A clipping and holding penalty took out 80 yards of gains on offense and a Florida defender came out of man coverage from the other side of the field to intercept a ball in the red zone that was thrown to an open receiver on a slant. Demps continuously broke tackles in the backfield throughout the game. The UF offense went down the field 50 yards in 16 seconds at the end of the half to kick a 54 yard FG and they also kicked a FG with no time left in the game. Overall, this was a frustrating game to play.

    Penn State 27
    Michigan 17

This game started off all Penn State, since Robinson turned it over several times in the first few possessions. Unfortunately the Nittany Lions only got field goals on first 2 drives inside the Michigan 10. They finally reached the endzone on their third possession, a short run by Royster. On the next possession Forcier fumbled on a sack (very questionable call after watching replay) and Lattimore scooped it for a score to give Penn State a 20-0 lead. They would carry that lead into the half.

Penn State came out after halftime and was overly confident the win was in the bag. Michigan did not seem to agree with that notion and clawed back into the game. After 2 Newsome turnovers (1 interception, 1 fumble) the Wolverines were down just 20-14. They would have a shot at taking the lead in the fourth quarter but could only cut the lead in half, 20-17. Penn State's offense finally woke up from its halftime nap and Royster marched the ball down field. A Newsome to Zug TD pass opened the lead to 10 points and the defense made that lead stick.

Offensive Player of the Game: Royster 22 carries 150 yards 1 TD

Defensive Player of the Game: Crawford 5 tackles 3 sacks 1 fumble forced

GG Suge, you got some tough breaks in this game. That fumble recovery TD was a very questionable call by the refs, your players looked to be down.

    Ohio State - 52
    Minnesota - 7

In its last tune-up game before a three-game stretch that will either prove Ohio State as contenders or pretenders, the Buckeyes easily defeated Minnesota 52-7 in Gopher land.

OSU scored at least 10 points in every quarter but the first, where their only score came from backup running back Jamaal Berry. Berry would finish the game with two scores.

Dan Herron also scored one touchdown while rushing for 100 yards. Terrelle Pryor threw for 136 yards and one touchdown while also running for another. DeVier Posey led all OSU wideouts with 50 yards receiving and one touchdown.

On defense, nickle corner Donnie Evege picked off a career-high two INT's. Both Jermale Hines and Chimdi Chekwa also had interceptions while Cameron Heyward recorded two sacks.

Ohio State will enjoy a bye week before a game against Penn State that could not only decide who wins the Big Ten, but also who may be making an appearance in the National Championship game.

Good game by you. Dont know if it was the weather or what, but I could not hang onto the damn ball in the first half. Your squad is pretty damn good especially the defense and ground game. Good luck!

    Arizona - 10
    UCLA - 52

The Bruins took out some frustration on the Wildcats this afternoon, beating them to a bloody pulp. After 2 tough road loses to Cal and Oregon, it was nice to get back in the win column. The Bruins forced 4 turnovers, including 2 fumble returns for TD's (check out the wire for highlights). Jonathan Franklin again had a nice day, going for 137 yards and 2 TD's. UCLA is looking to continue building momentum down the home stretch as they welcome Oregon State to the Rose Bowl next week.
