DYNASTY DESCRIPTION Legendary Veterans has come an extremely long way since it's birth at the infamous MaddenMania. The basis of the league was to create a fair, realisitc, and enjoyable OD experience. Created by myself, IrishBearcat, I am the only remaining founding member from the original NCAA 09 ACC Online Dynasty. Legendary Veterans members are held to high standards. LV has always been utilizing a one-conference setup that has focused on making sure the entire league finishes their games as fast as possible. This puts a lot more responsibility and expectation on our members, but this group has always answered the call. NCAA '14 Legendary Veterans features their traditional One-Conference setup. This year we will be using the Pac-12 conference. The conference crown has always been widely considered the top accomplishment amongst this group. Players recruited as ATHs can be 10 lbs and 2 speed points away from the restrictions and still qualify. A petition can be made for an exception to an ATH who may be close to the restrictions and is not capable of playing other positions well. A post should be made in the forum explaining the situation with full attributes of the ATH and OVR ratings at different positions. Please note that for kickers and punters, you must use kickers to kick field goals and extra points and punters for punting. Any player can be used for your kickoff specialist. Scholarships: The amount of scholarships that can be offered at any given time will be dictated by the following formula: A = number of seniors on your team that will graduate B =# of Empty Spots C = Cushion of 1 A + B + C= total number of available scholarships. RECRUITING & PENALTIES & SANCTIONS Note: Committed players count against your scholarship limit. Redshirts: 2-Deep Redshirt Rule: You may not redshirt a senior. You may not redshirt a player if his overall rating would make him 1st or 2nd on your depth chart. The exceptions here are at: Kicker/Punter Quarterback You may redshirt a Fr if there is an upperclassman within 3 points of him. Issues:Handling Any OD Issues: Please start from Number 1, and work your way down as necessary: #1) Pause the game, communicate the problem to you opponent, and then reach a resolution. Please do not start the game when your opponent pauses for this reason. #2) Notify the commish after saving any evidence possible if an agreement wasn't reached or your opponent failed to adjust his gameplay. This should be done privately. #3) I will ultimately step in and rule a verdict at my own discretion. Please respect my position as commissioner and be mature about it. DO NOT QUIT ANY GAMES, FOR ANY REASON. IT IS NOT UP TO YOU DO DECIDE WHAT IS AND WHAT IS NOT AGAINST THE RULES. PLAY IT OUT UNTIL I CAN CONFIRM THE GAMEPLAY WAS AGAINST TSO & LEGENDARY VETERAN POLICY. *Remember Rule Number 1: Don't be a douchebag and everything will run smooth.
