Houston - 1B/3B Erik Castro: The 27 year old has made the most of his first full MLB season cranking out 25 bombs and producing 86 RBIs this year. He came into the year primarly thought of as a platoon 1B with Sands but hit lefties well enough to play everyday. His ratings won't jump out at you but his .362 wOBA and 3.3 WAR season have been a nice surprise for the Astros

Seattle ( Dylema ) - OF Denny Almonte: This 26 year old OF has quietly put together an impressive rookie campaign. Almonte plays exceptional defense in the spacious Safeco LF and brings the lumber to boot. He has 36 HR's and 85 RBIs, which is tops among AL rookies, heading into September.

Angels ( Norezn )- 1B Huck Donahue: If you haven't taken notice of Huck yet then shame on you. This guy is one of the best hitters in the league and is only 23 years old. The former 2012 1st rounder has progressed quite well since drafted and is one of 4 players with a 75 CON and one of 2 with 80 CON vR. Dude has raked all year long, posting .338/.426/.481 slash #'s and shows off the plate discipline (71 BB vs 32 Ks). Donahue has been forced to play in the OF this year which has hurt his value, but what can you do when you have a superstar 1B in Albert Pujols for the next 20 years.

White Sox ( soxandgators )- SP Phil Negus: The 27 year old journeyman has put together a very good year for an underachieving White Sox team. With ratings of 60/60/60, Negus has pitched to a 10-7 record with 117 K's and 55 BB's, good enough for a 3.2 WAR season so far.

Twins ( Ken Welsch )- C Kyle Skipworth: One of the bright young catchers in the game, Skipworth came over in the offseason to help the Twins' lineup. The 25 year old backstop is no slouch behind the plate but his bat is what gives him the edge. His 70/80 HR PWR puts his rating right up there with the elite sluggers in the game. He's just not learning how to turn that power into big league success, he's got 15 HR's and 129 OPS+ in his first full year behind the dish. Look for him to be a top C for years to come.

Indians ( JFace907 )- 3B Robel Garcia: Switch hitting 3B, Robel Garcia, has put together a very impressive season. This 22 year old youngster has got a great eye (65/70) and good looking HR PWR (60/65). Dropping 20 long balls and driving in 79 so far is great but where he has really made his name is on defense. His defensive ratings might fool you, but his 10.1 ZR has him 2nd in the league at the hot corner, contributing to a good 3.3 WAR season so far.

Tigers ( Sharkman37 )- 3B Corey Seager: At 21 years of age, Seager is putting together an impressive rookie campaign. The smooth left handed swing has put up a slash of .322/.389/.483 and an impressive 1.028 OPS vs LHP. Leading the AL rookie class in avg, obp, OPS, and wOBA.

Blue Jays ( sonn )- LF Christopher Hawkins: Hawkins hasn't been around too long but is already proving to be one of the best in TOR. He's been in the league for 69 games so far and has put up good #'s both on offense and defense. His .982 OPS vs LHP has been a nice surprise considering it was suppose to be his weaker splits.

Rays ( AJ Hart MN )- CF Cody Rogers: BJ UptWHO?.. Get use to hearing about Cody Rogers cause this 26 year old looks like the real deal. Coming off AL Rookie of the Month honors, Rogers has put together a slash of .306/.388/.552. Not only does this kid mash but he plays great defense all over the OF, His .389 wOBA, 152 OPS+ and 4.5 WAR (98 GM) have Rays fans eager to say goodbye to Upton.

Yankees ( briosu99 )- C Greg Bird: Not sold on Bird yet but despite his ratings, Bird has earned some more playing time in thr future. A solid backstop, the 22 year old has been limited to only 184 ABs this year. But its what he has done with those ABs that has him mentioned in this article. A .321/.372/.516 slash with 7 HR's and an .888 OPS. It will be interesting to see what Bird can do with a full season.

Orioles ( ryalaman )- 3B Jonathan Schoop: This 23 year old IF gives great flexibility to the O's, as he can be a great 2B/SS when not manning the hot corner. Schoop was a thought to be more of a glove first prospect coming up, but has put those who doubted the bat to shame. His 32 two baggers have helped produce a slash of .318/.369/.481, showing a .367 wOBA and prodicing a 2.2 WAR in 100 GMs

If only I had brought up Derek Dietrich sooner, he'd be on this list also. These kids are the reason I'll win the World Series this year. GO RAYS!
