    LSU coach PS3 has died (YLOD)

    yeah, just had a power surge and now my game seems to b fried, fml. i gues im on vacation until this issue is resoled, any info on how to get this seemingly popular problem fixed asap?

    I have something u might try not sure if it will work on the ylod. so hit me up on aim when u can and try this and see what happens

    aight, i'll be on aim in a few, but my system wont even turn on, it goes green light>yellow light>blinking red light, the worst part is that my madden 11 is stuck in the blueray drive, i already tried all the tricks i saw on youtube to get it out, to no avail. and i have a 60gig the original, the best ps3 ever made, this model isnt even in circulation anymore, fml

    Ford I'm like you had the original. It crashed I fixed it with Sony. It crashed again about a month ago I just bot the bullet and bought a new one keep me informed on your status.

    Yes thats the same one i have. I just got my nephews to work doing this after he got the YLOD it may not work for everyone but it may work also

    i JUST PAID A GUY $40 TO REPAIR MINE. I SHIPPED IT OFF YESTERDAY, SHOULD HAVE IT BACK IN 2-3 DAYS, WILL LET YOU KNOW IF IT WORKED.

    APPARENTLY HE FIXES THEM ALL THE TIME
