we know, let others get the experience in about 3.5 months... I don't even know or have read much how the end of the season/draft work in M13
Strategist... can build a gameplan around speed and size, the things you cant teach and mold your young players to achieve the game plan set forth.
hahahahh @drunk coach..... I'd go with strategist.... i see it all as a chess game ! and the better man at preparing a strategy, adjusting strategy most likely wins
Im gonna go with strategy. A good strategy can be motivation to most players. If you tell C Johnson the Titans plan to give him 400 touches for the season. That could motivate him to get in shape, dig deep in the playbook and be prepared. Same thing with a Randy Moss or Ocho Cinco. Tell them your strategy is to throw to them with lots of deep balls and that could be a motivating factor for them in it self. If my strategy is to throw, then the goals for my passing game players should result in XP boosts and better progression. My strategy could make performance and goals the motivating factors to succeed.
I think game to game, year to year, I'd better fit the strategist category... Like I said, I'm not a big square peg/round hole type a guy. I'll let the talent dictate the system. Although a motivator would be pretty cool to use in the game I think.
