Long day at work so some of the details have escaped me

This game was a tale of two halves. Miss St owned the first half going up 20-0. Bulldog HB Derrick Milton was a work horse for the offense. He started scoring with a 26yd TD run. The rest of the 1st quarter was a stalemate. The 2nd quarter started much like the 1st. Miss St scored on a 20 yd FG. The teams went back and forth once again until about the 3:00 minute mark in the quarter. The Miss St defense decided to take a gamble and call a defense that would jump the route they thought was coming. It payed off and CB Kyle Williams went 65 yards the other way for a pick six. Kicker Josh Gray would tack on another FG as time ran out to end the first half. Miss St 20 - Oregon St 0.

Second half begins. Oregon St comes out seeming like they could do no wrong. Routes that were covered by similar defenses in the first half were now wide ass open and Oregon St suddenly fielded an All-American defense. Oregon St would put up 14 in the third on a couple of TD passes. Miss St added another FG. 23-14 going into the 4th. Miss St would score a TD on a 5 yd run by the games hero WR Matt Davis to open the 4th. Oregon St would score 3 TD on 3 straight possessions while there defense continued to play above their talent. The beavers scored the last of the 3 TDs with 16 seconds left to go up 34-30. The following kickoff was taken back by Matt Davis 98 yards to put the Bulldogs ahead. After the kickoff Oregon St had 1 second left and a prayer. That prayer was denied by Sr. FS Cody Prewitt (formerly an Ole Miss Rebel) who knocked the ball away.

    Once again GG boda
