    Missouri Tigers: season 2010

Rookie head CoachGabeastmode just arrive on Mizz campus 72 hrs and fist thing he did was lay the building foundation down on a young tigers team. It look like he got to them in the first game winning 49-17 over arch rivals Illinois. CoachBeastmode comments " I was more nervous than my players with a smile his face" we showed up new stadium, new coach young team a lot is going on in the Big 12 north. First quarter was hard coachbeastmode coming from a pro style now in charge of a hurry up spread is new to his entire staff. "The team we have now wouldn't last a day with a pro style" so we had to go with what are guys know and that's the spread.
Mizz almost dominate in every stat book that was counted racking up 500+ yards total offense with 516. Third down conversion 6-7 (85%) with illinois trailing 50%. One thing that illini did good at was 100% in the redzone tied up with the wild hot Mizz offense. One problem that Mizz had was defense not making big plays or forcing turnovers defense wins games. First quarter ended 7 tight after illini scored off a run by LeShoure and Mizz 2 series td pass to Brinkley.
Halftime Mizz started to run away 28-10 Gabbert connecting on two passes to Senior runningback Washington and one to the other Washington on the team. At that point we started thinking long run and getting the younger guys on the field. Like young qb stud's Franklin and Little Gabbert both getting td's under there belts bright future ahead. From that point on Mizz ran the table finishing 49-17.

    Player stats:
    B.Gabbert 17-20 329 yards 4 td's
    J.Franklin 3-5 59 yards 1 td
    T.Gabbert 2-2 9 yards

    Rushing:
    D.Washington 5 att 67 yards 1 td
    T.Gabbert 6 att 4 yards 1 td

    Receiving:
    R.Woodland 6 rec 81 yards
    L.Washington 4 rec 82 yards 1 td
    D.Washington 3 rec 117 yards 2 td's

    Defense:
    M.Prince 7 solo tackles
    J.Simmons 4 solo tackles

    POG
    Sr RB D.Washington

#24 Mizz beats #22 Tex AM in a close game 36 to 31. Woodland 9 rec 184 yards and 2 td to help lead strong offense. Tex AM J. Johnson help bring a comeback with his strong arm 26-41 259. Mizz racked up 415 total offensivje yards 371 of those are passes. Redzone both teams where almost equal but Mizzou once again hold it down 85% along with A&M 83. As you can see this wasn't a defensive game at all.

    Key stats

    Gabbert 20/35 371 4 td 1 int

    Woodland 9 rec 184 yards 1 td
