Most of us have at least a game or 2 in with our teams now. What do we think, what formations are we rolling with, etc? I only got half a game in with Moon but I loved how RSL played with their default formation. Javier Morales is an absolute stud, and I love the formation. The narrow diamond in the midfield really allows my outside backs to get forward, which has grown to be a big part of my game this cycle. We've got some quality strikers, and some solid attacking midfielders backed up by Kyle Beckerman, who as much as I hate him with the national team he is a damn good MLS player.
I can't do shit offensively with KC haha. When I do create chances, I shank the manual shot! Defensively we have been good, Oriol Rossell (spelling?) is a real nice CDM, and I like Sapong and Zusi on the wings. If my finishing can get better we should have a solid season in KC.
I bet Collin is a monster on corners. Sidenote: electrickeeper how the fuck are you scoring goals with Tony Tchani?? That seems like it should be impossible. He can't play a ball 5 yards on target, let alone into the goal!
I've liked DC United so far. Eddie Johnson is obviously my go to guy at the top. Enjoying how they play with their default 4-1-2-1-2 atm. Keep hearing and playing through Chris Pontius (not the one from Jackass) at RM a lot. I've had several offensive opportunities but only one goal so you have to like what your team is doing if they're getting the chances, just knocking them off the post.
I didnt either. I actually picked these guys blind and probably should have went with Colorado at the time but they've been okay so long as Johnson doesn't go with the next squad update.
No idea. The EPL players shuffle a lot. I doubt they do as much here. And nevermind. I just saw where DC signed him from Seattle in December, should be here for a bit.
I'd imagine all have noticed because of the tag, but our good buddy Shaun Mason has hooked us up with scheduling and results subforums, use them accordingly.
Fiddy14 Getting Michael Bradley and Jermaine Defoe is gonna be a strong force to reckon with thats for sure...So far with Houston we have had a goalless draw and a 2-1 victory. We still have a lot of work to do offensively but on the back end I feel like we are a solid defensive team.
I tossed rookie Devon Sandoval into the lineup for this week's game, and he answered to the tune of 3 goals in his first 2 appearances. Looks like he may be earning himself a starting spot. Findley moved out to the RCM spot pushing Luis Gil to the bench.
