Please post your MVP and FR choice here with final stats. One player per team per award! I won't advance past bowl season until we get something from the majority of the league (try to get stats off the console if you can, if you need me or another member to look for you PM them). If you can't remember the rules:

    MVP: No FR

FOTY: Both true and RS are allowed.

Trying to make these awards more competitive.

Is the rule just for freshman of the year or for newcomers? I wasn't sure if my JUCO Soph was eligible.

He's my 2 way utility guy. He gets pretty tired, but he's a monster. He's my slot receiver and my nickle back (even though he's my best "CB").

Honestly this is the hardest decision i've had to make this season. Ross Apo was easily the most reliable guy on my team, Mitch Mathews was the most explosive, Tanner Mangum made the machine go, Alani Fua was DOMINATE in almost every game, and for FOTY Cedric Tyler dominated and looks to do more in the near future, but Ben Rodgers is the future Ross Apo. :( Damn you Masler!

MVP was easy for me (not that I expect anyone other than myself to vote for him) but FR was tough as I had true FR FS lead my team in tackles and INTs.

I couldn't tell ya about FOTY but i agree with Simmons up there. Maybe even that power back. He was untouchable at times.

I know that most people probably would've even never considered playing a HB with 82 SPD. I saw that dakota7 played an 82 OVR guy as the #2 HB instead of his 86 OVR guy, presumably because the better guy only had 86 SPD compared to 91 SPD (the 86 SPD guy had 1 carry on the entire season). But I LOVED Wimbley and I'm really, really gonna miss him. If I absolutely needed to pick up 3-4 yards, he was my go to guy. I converted 56% of my 3rd downs and Wimbley was a HUGE reason for that. His longest carry this year was only 18 yards (although he did have 30 yarders in his 1st 2 years) but he still averaged 4.9 yards per carry which was 3.2 yards before contact and then 1.7 yards after contact on average.

That's how i feel about Nate Carter. He's not huge like Wimbley but he will lower his head for a few yards. That's why i was so shocked when he fumbled game one :( Cost my a Big XII title.

So you're saying that if you would've played niuhuskie224 in the CCG instead of me you would've won?!?

Talk about some early ass bulletin board material!

No i'm not saying i would of won, but playing you spelled for worse odds. I would say it would of been a coin toss if i played Houston since we've never played and I feel my offense could get some early points vs someone who hadn't already seen it once already.

Day late and a dollar short.

And do you really need to mark that the starting QB lead the team in passing yards and TDs?

Also, your stats are not up to date (since you didn't play UVA and I did).
