    MY THOUGHTS:

Wow, what a great group of guys. Darren McFadden has had an amazingly explosive year (something I witnessed in person) and the Raiders are back to being relevant. McFadden and Chris Johnson both caught some passes, but I decided to evaluate just based on their running statistics. McFadden has been more of a workhorse, carrying the ball 26 more times. That is about where the comparison ends, as Johnson has more yards, yards per carry and touchdowns. Chris Johnson if he really puts his mind to it can get 2k yards by years end. What a monster.

Speaking of Monsters, Julius Peppers and the Monsters of the Midway are currently #1 in total team defense and are cruising into the playoffs having won 12 of 14. Peppers has not been player of the week once, which just shows how consistent he has been all season. He hasn't had any extremely eye popping games... he has just been putting up 2 or 3 sacks most every game and also leads the NFL in tackles for loss. What an amazing year, although I don't expect him to win he should garner a vote or two for MVP. He is the defensive equivalent of Chris Johnson.

Calvin Johnson has been the lone bright spot in an otherwise horrendous season for Detroit. The 24.2 yards per catch is ridiculous and 13 touchdowns is mind blowing. Johnson is a dark horse here...those are some amazing numbers for a wide receiver. I could absolutely see Johnson getting some votes for MVP.

    QUESTION:
Who is getting your vote for MVP? Is there someone I left off the list? Lets talk!

Michael Turner is getting my vote and he is going to win.

    If he doesnt...

Its gonna be either CJ or Peppers.

Turner if he wasn't so soft and got injured so much would def. be in the running. Forte if I wasn't a pussy and benched him these last couple games could have been close to DMC's stats maybe. Chris Johnson is on another level though...

Yeah in TDs no doubt. I think I can give him a run for his money in yards though if I keep it up with Turner.

But no one can match those TD numbers. I think that is what gets him the MVP.

I'm going with CJ2K. You could have put fitzgerald or Mike Williams in for Calvin. Mike Williams has 20 TD's

not sure what everyone else is doing. but CJ will not be playing.. already played my week 16 match he had no action and will get no action against Houston next week. Not sure if I set the bar high enough to still be top.. anyways, CJ show will continue playoff time
