Now i'm sure putting this in the NBA 2K thread would have been more appropriate but i want to share the love with my Baseline homies. We are exactly 2 weeks from release of 2K14 (eastern time) so i figured why not start it with the #14.

Shaun freakin Livingston. The dude may not have ever lived up to his hype as the next great tall point guard, but after suffering his horrendous injury, the dude came back and balled out for the Cavs last year. I wish they would have brought him back this season, but i guess they just didn't see the value in him that I did. I wish Shaun the best in all of his NBA travels.

    A little early but here's a pic for t-minus 13 days:

Noah is like the new school Dennis Rodman, Bulls fans love him and everyone else despises him. Rose may be the teams MVP but Jo is the heart and souk of the Bulls. Here's hoping he can stay healthy for the playoffs this year.

Damn Dru, you are an entire day ahead.....

Anyway he got thrown under the bus by Dwight Howard but he'll always be on of my favorite players to watch for the Magic.

Some might say Tristan’s breakout season was last year as he quickly became one of the best offensive rebounders in the league, but I’m thinking this year is it. He has been improving his offensive skillset in the Canada training camp for the recent FIBA qualifiers. I also feel Tristan (along with Waiters) is the Cavs biggest trade chip. He has a team option looming for next season that the Cavs have to decide on by October 31st so I’ll be following Tristan very closely this season.

I was only about ten years old when he first put on a Cavs jersey, but Brevin Knight quickly became a fan favorite of a young JFace. The lil guy was tenacious on defense harrassing opposing point guards and acting like a free safety in the passing lanes jumping for the interception. Too bad the Cavs didn't value him like i did.

Loved Brevin Knight back in the day. He was kind of like a poor mans Rondo, kid could do everything but shoot.

Apologies to Bond, but I'm excited to use Dwight in 2k for the first time. He's a flake, and a goof and all that, but he's historically been a beast in 2k, hopefully that continues.

I'm going to have 2K Vucevic send some virtual Serbian mafia to Houston to take care of business.

It's ok - I'm sending Dwight to the TWill "Dunk In Your Grill" remedial basketball course. He'll be ready when he returns to Orlando.

Ronnie was only with the Bulls for 2 seasons, but he was one of my favorite guys on the team and a big part of the original Bench Mob. Great defender, and really solid cutting on the baseline behind the defense. He's actually on the Rockets so I'm hopeful he's still a good bench defensive wing in 2k.

When it comes to Cavaliers that i was able to sit, watch, and appreciate their greatness, it doesn't get any better than Big Z. I loved this Big Lithuanian. Couldn't stay healthy in the awkward times in the Shawn Kemp era, but once LeBron came Big Z started to be a reliable cog in the starting 5. Z is now on the Cavs coaching staff training the big guys to be great offensive rebounders like he was.

I thought you might go with Terrell Brandon (who I think also wore #11) but he might be a bit before your time.
