sorry for the delay, my top three were gone so I had to put more thought into it. I wanted to move into the big ten so my original were:

1. nebraska
2. Penn State
3. Ohio State

but now I will go with

1. Stanford
2. washington
3. Arizona state

I see now.. they aren't available because that division is full. We have decided keep things as realistic as possible and don't want to move teams around.
