So I watched the RTG webcast a little earlier today and I must say I'm pretty impressed with the changes that they made such as:

Kick Returns and Punt Returns are back for WR, S, CB and HB positions.

They made it so the difficulty of gaining coach trust points and exp points (and gameplay of course) is different for each difficulty level.

Gaining points is easier for defense and a little bit harder for offense.

They've added eight new high school stadiums.

The Reaction Time slow-motion feature is directly tied to your Awareness and there is a max of 10 seconds I think. And if you don't like this feature then just don't use it.

Supposedly there are new and improved camera angles, though they didn't show any of these in the web cast.

You actually start out on the scout team offense and work your way up to working with the first team.

More in depth and rewarding goals and player achievements.

Those are the main points they touched on in the webcast and it all looked pretty good to me. After last year and how boring RTG was I was afraid that I might not even play RTG this year but now I'm excited for it again. It will probably still get old after two or three players but Dynasty is the main game mode anyways. Finally, here is a link to the playbook trailer for RTG:

This is all good news. Did they mention if you can use your own created roster in rtg though?

No I don't recall any mention of being able to play with created rosters.

or any of you other EAGC's...can any of you guys expand on this feature?

my big issues were minutes in each quarter, real life named rosters, and some others...but do you guys know (care) about RTG?

You start on the scout team offense in college or high school?

You start out on the scout team in college. You're the starter in high school.

There seems to be some disagreement about it right now.

Seems like you should be able to come in as at least 2nd on the depth chart if your a stud in HS but I guess we'll see how it goes.

Yeah, that was one thing that I wanted a little more clarification on during the webcast because the guy who was there to show the video and gameplay had estimates for time it would take to become a starter for each difficulty level. For example he had 13 weeks for All-American and 18 weeks for Heisman difficulty. Now I'm not sure if those estimates were if you're a 5 Star player or if you're a 3 star guy but I think they were just trying to reinforce the idea that becoming a starter will be more difficult that usual on those levels.
