They are on par with Iowa State... They are actually better than they probably should be in real life. And the only players that are worth anything are seniors...

Tennessee is not an option with these ratings. They are like an 87 OVR!

Ole Miss, Mississippi St and BC are all rated in the 86-87 range as well.

This could be just due to the depth of the SEC, even the bad teams in that conference aren't really THAT bad.

WTF, why is everyone switching teams all of the sudden?

Ryno was voted in yesterday and wanted NC State.

Ole Miss, Miss St, and BC should not be that high. Tennessee I can see possibly being conceived as being decent.

OMG. The more I talk about this the more and more I think I'm just going to have to do my own rosters.... this is effing terrible!

I'm for you tinkering with the rosters a little. I think too much though and you get away from what EA originally intended.

What was their intent, to make every team awesome? I could see these being the ratings if they scaled it to include FCS and DIII teams. But to say every team in those three divisions is at least a B- is retarded. Duke should be a D or D+, 'Bama should be an A+ and you can interpolate everyone else between that.

I agree. Obviously the EA ratings guys went to graduate school where the average grade given out is always a B. Cause in typical grading scales a C should be the average, not B's.

Looking at the ratings, its just weird how they did Ole Miss. There are some talented players in Kentrell Locket and Jerrell Powe, both of whom will be first or second team preseason ALL SEC. Problem with OM is that they don't really have a playmaker at TE or WR.

There are some solid RB's on the team and the OL has some young guys that could turn out to be very good, specifically Bobby Massie who is the RT.

They underrated players like DT Shackleford and overrated some other players. Im an Ole Miss fan, but Im not a homer and probably think OM should be the 7-9th best team in the SEC.

I would rather just pick regular teams than wait for named roster and than wait for ratings change.. Not to mention how would any one here realistically change ratings?...

I was thinking about this last night and all I could come up with that would be fair is to drop every players every attribute by like 5 clicks. But that would take weeks if not months to do and be extremely tedious.

I think OM is a very polar team. They have some good OL and some below average ones. They are deep at QB, but no one that is proven. Pat Patterson probably has the most potential and raw talent in the WR corps. The DL is solid with a couple guys waiting in the wings. Secondary only has one or two viable playmakers. Then I went to look at the teambuilder rosters and it's all jacked up. It's pretty much the same for every team. The talent grades don't fit the footprint of the actual team.

I thought I read at OS that the rosters that were on the team builder site weren't final.
