Issue: Users cannot get into the dynasty

    Cause: Unknown

Solution: Users who are having trouble accessing the dynasty should attempt to retire from the dynasty dashboard or from the Dynasty Wire (www.easports.com/dynasty). If commissioner cannot access the dynasty, a member who can should log in to save the file and then a reload should be performed.

If no one can get into the dynasty, use an older saved file to reload the dynasty. This may result in having to replay some games you have already played, but often it is better than a restart.

Issue: CPU does not break the huddle /CPU comes out in weird personnel packages

    Cause: Broken Tuner / Unknown

Solution: One of two things have been known to work:

    1) If just a single or a few users are experiencing this, delete your saved tuner/patch files from your HDD and re-download them. You should be prompted to re-download once you boot the game back up (as long as you are connected to LIVE/PSN).

    2) If multiple users are experiencing this, save the file and reload it at the current week.

Issue: Cannot upload custom/named rosters to start an online dynasty

Cause: Typically this is caused by some of the vulgar filters for player names for named roster files. Usually the roster upload will fail at around 80% no matter how many times you try.

Solution: When loading the dynasty and choosing the options, make the dynasty a private dynasty and hit the auto-generate names toggle to 'OFF'

Issue: Game freezes when a user attempts to play the CPU in online dynasty

Cause: Typically this is caused because the opponent CPU team is using a custom playbook. This generally happens when a user was once the coach of the opponent CPU team.

Solution: You must first understand that when a user coach vacates a job the CPU keeps that playbook (whether just for games against users or all of it's games is undetermined). The workaround is to have another user switch or join the dynasty as a NEW (selecting 'join as existing coach' will not work) coach and select a default playbook (meaning a default playbook for any team). The opponent can now be set to autopilot or the new user can retire/switch back.

    Reload Instructions:

How to reload an online dynasty in NCAA Football 13

Sometimes there are problems/glitches/issues that are encountered in online dynasty mode that require the commissioner or another trusted member to reload the dynasty file. This can be do to any number of reasons, but the reality is that if you want your league to continue to prosper, reloading the file is something you may be forced to do.

    1) Save the file at the current week, if possible. This is done by selecting the dynasty from the Online Dynasty Dashboard Menu and selecting 'Yes' when prompted. A copy of the dynasty is saved on your HDD.

    2) Before you reload the file you need to make sure that the current online dynasty is deleted. Everyone should retire from the dynasty. It's a good idea to make sure that someone else has a back-up saved version just in case something happens with the file on the system of the person who is going to perform the reload. The commissioner should delete the online dynasty from his/her online dynasty dashboard.

    3) Once everyone has retired and the commissioner has confirmed that the old file is deleted, you can reload the file from the file management menu. From the main menu in NCAA 13 scroll down to 'Settings -> File Management.' Once the pop-up appears, select 'Load & Delete' and this should bring you to all of the files you have on your HDD. Pull the LT/L2 and navigate to online dynasty. Select your file and then select 'Load.'

    4) Fill the same dynasty options out that you had before. They all should be the same, but it's worth double-checking.

    5) Have everyone join as an EXISTING COACH. If a user selects NEW COACH and goes to a school where a user coach was prior to the reload, then that user's information will be erased from the dynasty history. All new coaches start off as a D+ coach prestige, which would really stink if you have made any progress in your online dynasty. If you join as an existing coach and choose the school you were at before the reload then all of your information (playbooks, history, etc) should be there. If done correctly, really the only thing that should have changed is that you will be forced to sign a new contract. In the grand scheme of things, big deal.

    Hopefully that helps!
