Tune in to the NCAA Football 13 Sights and Sounds Webcast on Monday, April 2nd at 2pm ET to find out what's new from a Sights and Sounds perspective before anyone else! www.easports.com/ncaafootballwebcast

Members of the dev team will be presenting everything that is new directly to you, the fans, before anyone else gets to report out on it. After the show, we'll be posting our blogs, etc on the site. From there, you'll be able to post questions that you may have on Twitter using the #NCAAFootball13 tag and on our Facebook page. We'll be selecting and answering as many questions as we can on the next NCAA Football 13 podcast.

We hope you'll be able to tune in. In case you miss it, we'll be archiving the show for you to view when you're able to.

Ha, what do you guys think of the webcast concept to reveal info prior to the blog? Does it give you more of an insider look? It's really only here for the hardcore fans.

If game play is as improved as the light and sound, we may have something!

Honestly, I could care less about lighting and sound...I would rather have the offensive and defensive schemes WORK!

Blocking, tackling, catching...NO Rocket catching or Cheap Gadget defenses being able to stop a power running game! Dont allow a QB to drop back a mile and make a perfect throw while on the run. Dont allow someone to substitute small defensive ends and blow stuff up when they shouldnt be able to handle a 6'5, 320lb Offensive Lineman or a Corner to Always blow up the run game. I can see it happening some times but it should be rare. If someone is going to go for it on 3rd and over 10-12 yards...it should be REALLY DIFFICULT and 4th and LONG should be even harder. There should be a price to pay and not such a reward. Those are just a few things...there are more.

As I said, this looks great...IF THE GAME PLAY is as good as Sound and Lighting...WE MAY HAVE SOMETHING!

"NCAA Football 13 marks year one of a multi-year approach to make our commentary feel truly dynamic and alive across all game modes. Our new engine, new recording style, and ability to identify repetition are all key factors that will allow us to build compelling commentary into our game, engaging fans in the aura of college football."

^^ That's one thing that puts NBA 2K over the top. Dynamic commentary. Great to hear the engine is being redone. Also curious who the new mystery announcer is this year. And definitely excited to hear the new mix for the crowds.

I see there was no chants recorded for Alabama...I'd be willing to lend a helping hand if EA would send me to an Alabama game this fall. Would be awesome to get Rammer Jammer in the game.

It's obvious to me they're making moves this year. Best news I've heard is the incorporation of some FIFA design concepts...it can only help.

New staff members will bring a fresh perspective to everything.

I really like the fact that there are a lot more new faces. From what I could see there will be faces with more of a "medium" hairstyle? would be nice to have guys with more of a "short dread" style like what RG3 had this year instead of the predator style you guys had this year. Also would be cool to see guys like Clay Matthews running around.

Great stuff Dewiel and I like the way you are revealing it. Definitely increases the hype just a little bit, and being able to go back and watch them is nice for those of us that work during it.
