New CFB Rules for Next Year

    I think the most intriguing rule change could be the 10 second runoff during the last minute of a half in terms of applying to NCAA 12. This has to be in the game, this could make scoring in the last minute of each half harder. I don't know how many games I have won/loss in the last minute. This rule is totally different than the NFL rule which applies only to illegal procedure penalties (could be false start penalties, I am not sure off hand). Thus, if your offensive player commits a hold, false starts, or clips in the last minute of the half expect to lose 10 seconds and yardage.

    "The Dooley Rule". Happened twice to us last year, you knew they were gonna have to change it.
