**New, Cream of the Crop 2012 Coach of the Year Award** 2012 Cream of the Crop Coach of the Year Starting this year and from now on, I will post this thread going into the offseason and we as a league will vote on the Coach of the Year. The winner doesnt particulary have to have the BEST overall record or win the National Championship to win the award. It should be based on the following criteria and will be voted by us Users every year. Was the Coach an overachiever with the talent he had? Did he lack senior leadership? * Is this Coach active on the boards? Does he get his games in a timely manner? Did he post good weekly summaries all year about his team? Did he abide by League rules/standards by postng highlight's, and photo's after a User vs. User win? * The Coaches Sportsmanship as a Player & Coach Everyone is REQUIRED to vote, and should be voted on within 24-Hrs. of this posting. 2012 Coach of the year Nominee's: 1. JCA (Miami Hurricanes Coach) Went undefeated in the regular season and is representing CoC in the 2012 National Championship. 5-0 in User games this Year. ACC Champion 2. Hoodlum (Michigan Wolverines Coach) Went 12-1 and winner of the Rose Bowl & Big Ten Champs. Defeated tough User teams, Ohio State, Notre Dame, and NC State 3. Tuco (Wisconsin Badgers Coach) Went 6-7 overall. 1st Year Head Coach with what was a losing program prior to him coming in. Lost three close User match-up's in the Year to top 25 teams Georgia Tech, Ohio State, & LSU. 4. JFunk (Ohio State Buckeyes Coach) 9-4 Overall. Started a True Freshmen and Sophmore at Quarterback this year. 2-2 in User play.
