Heh, the automatic thread creation is kind of spooky. I'm cool with it, though.

To start things off, I'm NOT looking for a league to join. I heard from a member at Utopia that the very best online dynasties are found here, so I had to check it out. I have a long, relatively boring workday that doesn't require my constant attention. So, to burn the time, I've been reading online dynasties on Utopia and have used the knowledge in my offline dynasty. But, in order to view some of the content here, I had to register, leading to the creation of this thread.

So, I may pop in here and there, but I'm not looking to join in and get creamed by some of the (really good!) players, here.

But, I'll follow protocol, anyway. [IMG]

How did you hear about Tradition Football: I heard of the quality of dynasties from a member at Utopia.

    1. Have you ever played in any online leagues? What kind (NCAA, Madden, Forza, NBA, etc)? Where?

    2. How long have you been playing video games? How long have you been playing online?

As long as I can remember. Almost never.

    3. What type of player would you say you are?

Mostly Coach mode, but some CPU/CPU. I'm not exactly looking to join a dynasty here, but I've already explained.

    4. Our community consists of a more mature bunch and the average age is somewhere around 28-30 years old. How do you feel about any differences or similarities between our population and your age?

I'm the youngest full-time employee in my building, so this is perfectly fine.

    5. Have you read the rules and general gameplay guidelines? Any questions or concerns?

    Yep. Nope.

    6. Please tell us a little about yourself. We want to get to know you and hope that you will be around for a long time.
There's not much to tell. I work as a radio producer by day and head coach of the Notre Dame Fighting Irish by night. Occasionally, I'll go back in time and re-do another dynasty, eventually ending up back at UND. It's a vicious cycle, but I like it.

    7. How active do you plan on becoming with the TF community?

    Very, very little.

    8. What do you hope to get out of being a member at TF?

Playing tips and an enjoyable reading experience.

    9. Situation: You are participating in a league game when your opponent clearly breaks the league or site rules. What do you do? How do you handle the situation?

Point it out to the player and notify the commissioner if the player doesn't rectify the situation. I guess, I've never really been in one of those situations.

    10. Have you checked out the different leagues here at TF? Have you seen anything that you want to be a part of?

Nope. I'm working on seeing who I'd like to become a dedicated reader of. [IMG]

Thanks, everyone! I'm really looking forward to diving into these dynasties and enjoying not reading about cheesers who rush for 400 yards/game!

    Application Approved.

Feel free to lurk around all of the dynasties here. You should consider joining one. The leagues aren't full of just stick jockeys that enjoy beating the crap out of people, although there are definitely some good players on this site.

I think you will find more friendly/fair competition than you think.
