Everyone please welcome Wyrmreaver to the league. He will be going premier on the 3rd but has already joined and is on AP for now.

Now, he's taking Notre Dame. So, we need to decide if you guys want ND to stay independent or join the B1G. Thats the vote, majority rules...even if he gets in the B1G Cheez Arent you glad you gave me the commish powers (insert evil laugh)

If they do move to the Big 10, let's put them in the Ohio St. division, b/c it's 3-1 now. I'm OK either way, but I voted to move them to the Big 10

I voted to leave them Independent. Partly for selfish reasons, but partly because I know what a PITA scheduling can be as a commish. Leaving them independent would allow for some interesting matchups at different points in the season.

    Edit: and welcome!

    Very interesting. Welcome aboard!

I voted to move them in so they can fight for a championship.

I think either way it works...as Indy, scheduling would be easier. However, we need someone in Ohio States division or you guys are gonna be seeing Max in the CCG every year! Interesting vote thus far...im saving mine in case we need it :)

I said leave them independent - simply because I dont think it is realistic to move them to the Big Ten. They will never move to the conference in real life, so it doesnt make sense to have them in the conference here.

Nobody will miss 2-10 Purdue/Indiana, and like Jayrah said, in the Big Ten he can fight for a championship.

If we do leave them independent, Notre Dame should play Ohio State every year.

ND has natural user game rivals with Stanford, MSU in addition he can play CPU/USER Played USC every year. That school needs to go down a peg or two.

I've played ND the last couple years in the league too. They are not bad by any means.

Which I really like, but no matter who they beat ND will not affect conference record from indy status. To me, Ohio St with no challengers for the division is kinda lame if we have an opportunity to challenge him a little.

And its just replacing one Indiana school with another. This is one of those "makes sense" moves, even if it'll never happen irl

If it will never happen in real life, how does it "make sense"?

Hey 4-8 WSU is going bowling. That does not make absolute sense, but it is happening. :p

We are in the year 2020. I have no idea what college football will look like then.

I can tell you with certainty that the Big Ten will not be dropping any schools within the next 10 years.

Besides, Notre Dame makes too much money as an independent. They aren't going to sacrifice their TV deal to join a conference

How, Magic??? You don't know what the college football landscape will look like in 2020. NBC could ditch ND by then, leaving them assed out. You never know.

Money. Notre Dame is making too much money, and NBC wont give them up because they have no right to college football otherwise.

How do you know that is going to be the case in 2020? You don't, so your argument of the move not making sense, doesnt make sense!
