How did you hear about Tradition Football: I saw someone advertising on operation sports and though I'd check it out

    1. Have you ever played in any online leagues? What kind (NCAA, Madden, Forza, NBA, etc)? Where?

Only in a few not very competitive online dynasties, I play alot of offline though and wanted to start playing more online

    2. How long have you been playing video games? How long have you been playing online?
About 5 years, I've been playing fps games online for as long as I can remember. Games like Counter Strike and Day of Defeat, I was involved in pretty big communities in those games.
    3. What type of player would you say you are?
I'm pretty chill, I just like playing. I don't know alot of people who are good at games and like to play, so whenever I want to play with people I have to go online and am thankful just to have a fun and interesting game. Also I'm competitive, I'll always try to win even if I'm Eastern Michigan playing Ohio State or something.
    4. Our community consists of a more mature bunch and the average age is somewhere around 28-30 years old. How do you feel about any differences or similarities between our population and your age?
Its not really a big deal, like I mentioned above I was involved in big communities in some online fps games, and those communities were about 200 people and I was usually the youngest in the room. I don't really mind or pay attention to it if no one else does.
    5. Have you read the rules and general gameplay guidelines? Any questions or concerns?
I have, the only question wasn't specifically in the rules but something I saw elsewhere. Specifically, what is "Sim game play"? The idea I have is that it is just realistic gameplay, for example not passing every down. But I've seen people say this when advertising many dynasties and I just want to make sure I know what it is.
    6. Please tell us a little about yourself. We want to get to know you and hope that you will be around for a long time.
I'm from Michigan, going to be a junior in highschool. I turn 17 in August and I play Football, Basketball and Baseball for my highschool. I'm into just about all sports, music, movies, etc. I'm mostly just concerned with having a good time and keeping everyone happy.
    7. Fitting into the community is vital to the experience here at TSO. How do you see yourself fitting into our community?
I'll be someone who will be good competition, compete in all types of dynasties and games and will always have a good time playing.
    8. What do you hope to get out of being a member at TSO?
A good NCAA community. The game isn't fun for me unless there are people to play it with and this community seems pretty committed, so I look forward to hopefully being a part of it.
    9. Situation: You are participating in a league game when your opponent clearly breaks the league or site rules. What do you do? How do you handle the situation?
Ask if he is aware of the rule, then report the problem to an admin.
    10. Have you checked out the different leagues here at TSO? Which leagues (if any) are you interested in? What is your preferred league setup

I saw Jman's and was interested in that. I'm more of a rags to riches kind of player, often starting dynasties with eastern michigan and san jose state, those kinds of teams. So I love a good 1 or 2 star dynasty. Other than that I don't really have an preferences.

You got it. Sim is short for simulation. So when we throw that term around, we are describing a way to play the game in which represents it's real life counterpart. We have the rules that we do here at TSO to aid in restricting gameplay to what we feel is both realistic and fair.

If you haven't already, post in Jman's thread for his league. He is looking for solid, committed guys.

You're going to approve someone who asked what 'sim' gameplay was in his app? LOL

I am usually pretty harsh on critiques, it seemed a rhetorical question where he had the right attitude and mindset . And in a way answered it for himself. To me these apps are more of an attitude and disposition check.

Also what is considered sim gameplay varies from dynasty to dynasty, so as long as he abides by the rules...
