Have you ever played in any online leagues? What kind (NCAA, Madden, Forza, NBA, etc)? Where? I am new to online leagues. 2. How long have you been playing video games? How long have you been playing online? I really only play sports games and I have been doing so since EA's 1995 lineup on the Sega Genesis. I'd be dominating you all if this was College Football USA '96 and I was running the triple option with Tommie Frazier and Nebraska. My experience with online play is limited. 3. What type of player would you say you are? Skills-wise, I'm pretty mediocre to be honest. As for my style, I'd say I play more conservatively than most. Respect is key- If I have the ball up by 3 td's with two minutes to go I'm not throwing the ball or going for it on 4th down, and I expect the same courtesy in return. The point is for both people to be able to enjoy the experience. 4. Our community consists of a more mature bunch and the average age is somewhere around 28-30 years old. How do you feel about any differences or similarities between our population and your age? I'm a bit younger as a 23 year old but I doubt it will be much of an issue. I graduated college a year and a half ago and have been working a corporate job ever since so I certainly feel like an old man at this point. 5. Have you read the rules and general gameplay guidelines? Any questions or concerns? Seems pretty straightforward. 6. Please tell us a little about yourself. We want to get to know you and hope that you will be around for a long time. Johns Hopkins University grad where I played basketball for 4 years. Currently I live in Hoboken, NJ and work in advertising in NYC. 7. How active do you plan on becoming with the TF community? I've only taken a quick look around the site but at first glance it is very impressive. I doubt I can contribute at the level that some of you do but I think I can be valuable as a solid member of a league. 8. What do you hope to get out of being a member at TF? As stated above I have never done an online league and I got frustrated trying to find a decent public league on my own for NCAA '11. Anywhere I looked online said this was the place to go if you want to find a good, active league and that is what I am looking for. 9. Situation: You are participating in a league game when your opponent clearly breaks the league or site rules. What do you do? How do you handle the situation? Ask the person directly about it. If there is no response or an unsatisfactory one, let the person running the league know. 10. Have you checked out the different leagues here at TF? Have you seen anything that you want to be a part of? I have not had a chance to look too much. As I am a first timer for an online league, I am not very specific in what format I am looking for or anything like that. Only own NCAA at the moment, still deciding whether to go for Madden as well.
