Pro: Colts and Ravens How did you hear about Tradition Football: Web search 1. Have you ever played in any online leagues? What kind (NCAA, Madden, Forza, NBA, etc)? Where? NCAA 11 AND MADDEN 11. 2. How long have you been playing video games? How long have you been playing online? This is my first year of gaming of any type and being online. 3. What type of player would you say you are? An "old rookie" at this point. I love the game of football, played in HS and College, coached HS ball for 4 years. I founded and run 4 web based ffb leagues online. I can handle losing as thats part of the learning curve. I like sim style leagues as rules are in place to have players play true to the game of football. 4. Our community consists of a more mature bunch and the average age is somewhere around 28-30 years old. How do you feel about any differences or similarities between our population and your age? Its fun and interesting to be around these young players...I was in education for 33 years so am used to interacting with young people. 5. Have you read the rules and general gameplay guidelines? Any questions or concerns? Well done, attention to detail. I can fully support. 6. Please tell us a little about yourself. We want to get to know you and hope that you will be around for a long time. Retired school principal, lived and worked in Alaska for 17 years, prior to that from Washington State, started there as a teacher, coach...moved into adminstration. Prior to my educational career was a Marine. Graduate degree from University of Oregon, undergraduate degree from Linfield College. 7. How active do you plan on becoming with the TF community? I always post in response to games, provide input on rules etc. Respectful of opponents....if there is an issue will always take the high road....keep language etc. appropriate for public forum. 8. What do you hope to get out of being a member at TF? Improve my skills, have fun, get to know other owners. 9. Situation: You are participating in a league game when your opponent clearly breaks the league or site rules. What do you do? How do you handle the situation? Assuming we are both on a headset, would call a time out or pause game, let him know my concern, try to avoid a debate. Resume the game, if it happens again, pause, let him know my conern. From that point forward finish out the game, I never quit a game...my DNF on NCAA and Madden is 1%...then after the game, send him a PM as well as the Commish of the league. Always try to resolve issues 1-1 and behind the scenes, no public debates 10. Have you checked out the different leagues here at TF? Have you seen anything that you want to be a part of? I have looked at the NCAA leagues. At this point I would probably be best suited for a league runs on All American, default sliders for a little tougher and advances 1-2x a week. I am good with being in a league with 1-3 ranked teams.
