How did you hear about Tradition Sports: OS. I've been an Operation Sports member since 2003.

    1. Have you ever played in any online leagues? What kind (NCAA, Madden, Forza, NBA, etc)? Where? Yes, I played in a MVP league back in the day where we went through the arduous task of uploading our stats manually every game. Also I was a commisioner for a Madden league that went all through last seasons NFL season up until the Show was released. We used myleaguemanager to organize and manage.

    2. How long have you been playing video games? How long have you been playing online? Since 85 so 27 years and online since NFL2K on the Dreamcast.

    3. What type of player would you say you are? Very sim, I would prefer to lose with honor than win with cheese.

    4. Our community consists of a more mature bunch and the average age is somewhere around 28-30 years old. How do you feel about any differences or similarities between our population and your age? I love it, I am happy to know that others my age still love to game as a form of entertainment.

    5. Have you read the rules and general gameplay guidelines? Any questions or concerns? Yes I have read & No questions. They seem very fair and support a culture of fair play, what more can 1 ask for.

    6. Please tell us a little about yourself. We want to get to know you and hope that you will be around for a long time. I am a District Manager for a large retail chain, I am also married and have a lovely wife and 2 year old daughter. I play video games to unwind and my wife supports my habit 100%. I played college baseball and she understands Video Games are a great way for me to compete in a cyber world with like minded individuals. Life is Good. :)

    7. Fitting into the community is vital to the experience here at TSO. How do you see yourself fitting into our community? I have been very impressed by the interactions and support this community shares. I see myself becoming a stalwart for the site, and I see this as just the beginning of a new, & fruitful relationship with Tradition Sports Online.

    8. What do you hope to get out of being a member at TSO? Friendly competition, the rush of building a franchise from the ground up and turning a loser into a winner. I'd love to take a struggling team and compete season after season trying to draft and play my way to an eventual playoff bid, and maybe even a Championship. That is the essence of sport, putting in the work, and seeing your vision come to life. Sounds like a BLAST!!

    9. Situation: You are participating in a league game when your opponent clearly breaks the league or site rules. What do you do? How do you handle the situation? With class & grace. You have to understand what drives ones behavior before passing judgement or making accustaions. The person may have had a lapse in judgement or may be unaware of the rules. I would simply remind them of the rules and cheers the idea of moving forward past the incident.

    10. Have you checked out the different leagues here at TSO? Which leagues (if any) are you interested in? What is your preferred league setup? I have and I would like to start in a Sim Madden League where they play more often than not and has alot of league chatter. I am not picky about which team I end up with, in the long run I hope to form them into my vision anyways.
