Name: Willie Strausser Age: 20 Gamertag/PSN: Gamertag: McStrauss Which consoles do you play on?: XBOX 360, XBOX One Time Zone: PST What is your general availability for User vs User Games?: Relatively busy. Able to play a few games per week. How did you hear about Tradition Sports?: Directed here by league commissioner on reddit. 1) Have you ever played in any Online Leagues before? If so, where?: No 2) How long have you been playing video games? How long have you been playing online?: Been playing video games for as long as I've been alive (grew up with an N64 and Playstation). Been playing online since getting an Xbox 360 in 2006. 3) What type of player would you say you are?: Fairly casual, but still like to play hard. Even if I'm losing badly in a matchmaking game, I'll play through to the end. 4) Our community consists of a more mature bunch with the average age hovering around 25-30 years old. How do you feel about any difference or similarities between our population and your age?: Not a problem for me at all. I prefer playing with older players, since they tend to have a better attitude toward the game. More mature players tend to have better sportsmanship and play to have fun. 5) Please tell us a little about yourself. We want to get to know you and hope that you will be around for a long time.: I'm currently a university student at UBC in Vancouver, BC. Pursuing my BA in East Asian Language and Culture Studies (Japanese) and hoping to continue on with my Masters and Doctorate before entering the job market. If all goes according to plan, I hope to get a job doing research and teaching at a university after earning my PhD. Outside of school, I'm a big music buff (worked at a record store a few years), watch a lot of movies, and try to catch every game I can for any of the teams I'm a fan of (Jets/Mets/Knicks/Rangers). 6) Fitting into the community is vital to the experience here at TSO. How do you see yourself fitting into our community?: Not sure exactly how to answer that question. I guess I'll just be someone who's willing to talk or play with anyone. The more people I get to know, the better. 7) What do you hope to get out of being a member at TSO?: A good community to play with. 8) [SITUATION]: You are participating in a league game when your opponent clearly breaks the league or site rules. What do you do? How do you handle the situation?: Tell him that he's done so and ask him to stop. If he doesn't, I'll finish the game and report him afterwards. 9) Have you checked out the different league openings here at TSO? Have you found any leagues you are interested in? What is your preferred setup?: I was directed here by a user named "Keller" who said he'll be starting a league up with several redditors. I don't think he's put the league together yet, but when he does, that's where I'll be playing. I have read and agreed to the rules of the site.
