Favorite Teams: NCAA: USC, NIU, Tennessee NFL: Bears NBA: Bulls NHL: Blackhawks MLB: Cubs
How did you hear about Tradition Football: Operation Sports Forum

    1. Have you ever played in any online leagues? What kind (NCAA, Madden, Forza, NBA, etc)? Where? Have always been hesitant to join an online league. Never knew anyone running it and didn’t want to commit to a league that would eventually fall apart. The closest I have done is the NHL09 Be A Pro online.

    2. How long have you been playing video games? How long have you been playing online? Video Games since I was 3 and Online since the days of the almighty Dreamcast.

    3. What type of player would you say you are? Competitive and one that hates people that whine. I want the game to be competitive but everytime something goes my way doesn’t mean the game glitched or that it was unfair. Just want to have fun.

    4. Our community consists of a more mature bunch and the average age is somewhere around 28-30 years old. How do you feel about any differences or similarities between our population and your age? I am 25, married and have 2 dogs. Video games is something I do at night after a long day and my wife wants to read.

    5. Have you read the rules and general gameplay guidelines? Any questions or concerns? Sounds like a great community. Really looking forward to some quality and fun competition.

    6. Please tell us a little about yourself. We want to get to know you and hope that you will be around for a long time. I enjoy video games and sports in general. I was born and raised outside of Chicago and am a huge Bears, Bulls, Cubs and Blackhawks fan. Being married and working full time opens up for a good amount of time nightly to just sit down, relax and enjoy a game or 2 or 3 of NCAA or Madden.

    7. How active do you plan on becoming with the TF community? As active as the league I join calls for. If my league is active on the message board, then I will be right there with everyone. Also depends on topics discussed, not going to post just for the sake of posting.

    8. What do you hope to get out of being a member at TF? Finding a fun league for NCAA 2011 especially and make that jump from regular dynasty games by myself to going online and playing in a community so that there is a little more meaning to the games I play while still being fun and a way to relax.

    9. Situation: You are participating in a league game when your opponent clearly breaks the league or site rules. What do you do? How do you handle the situation? If this were to occur I would take the steps outlined in the rules and point them out to the member. No need to go blast the person. We are all people, stand up and let someone know if they are doing something that is against TF rules. If they don’t listen, and the act is egregious enough I would take video of the events happening and present to the league commissioner. Always work from the bottom of the ladder up.

    10. Have you checked out the different leagues here at TF? Have you seen anything that you want to be a part of? It looked like a lot of leagues were full. I want to get into a league that doesn’t run everyday but maybe every other day at the very least. I do have things going on during the weekend and don’t always want my weekend games simmed because I am busy. That is what makes this site so appealing is it with some older and more established adults who don’t get to play 30-40 hours a week. Hopefully there is a league that fits into this mold.

Application Approved. Welcome to TF Scott. You have quite an interesting array of favorite teams haha. Many of the leagues here operate on either soft or hard 72 hours advance schedules, although there are a few that aim for 48 hr advances. Be on the lookout in the New Member lounge for openings in leagues and forming leagues.
