TMFL25 We have proven to be one of the best leagues on TSO. After much collaboration, there will be some new rules added to make this league even better. We will be implementing a strike system effective for all members (including myself): The system is going into effect immediately. TMFL Gameplay Complaints Please follow this format when there are game complaints: 1. Talk to your opponent over the microphone IN GAME. 2. If you or your opponent doesn’t have a microphone, send them a PM on TSO or Xbox Live. 3. If the issue cannot be resolved verbally and there is still conflict, FINISH THE GAME and then fill out the complaint form and the Gameplay Complaint Committee will review the complaint with both parties. 4. If the Gameplay Complaint Committee feel that a strike is in order, the commissioner will get involved for an official review. The TMFL Strike Policy In an effort to limit disruptive behavior and encourage a positive league experience the TMFL has a Strike Policy in effect. Strikes can be issued by any member of the leadership committee at any time for poor sportsmanship and behavior. Below are some examples of behavior that will lead to strikes: 1. Gameplay complaints in the Chat Box. 2. Reviewed gameplay complaints were it is determined a strike is necessary. 2. Taking more than 3 unexcused SIMs a season (I.E. you're not on vacation or attending to a prior obligation, and the reason the game is a sim is due to negligence on your part.) Strike Accumulation Policy 1 strike = Verbal warning. 2 strikes = Lose best defensive player and offensive player for a game – Player selection is enforced by the commissioner. 3 strikes = Banned for 2 games and have to have CPU play your opponent. 5 strikes = Banned from the TMFL and a PM will go out to TSO Site Leadership explaining why. · Strikes re-set after one season. · The commissioner also holds the right to remove anyone at anytime regardless of strikes.
