How do you good do you think your team's pick was?

I completely hated the 9ers pick.

    Dreadful.

The bad things about this pick:
    1. I can't make fun of Bengals fans for having a ginger quarterback anymore.
    2. Our pick is turning 29 this year.
    3. Our selection would've been available in the second round.
    4. To trade up to 3, we gave up too much.
    5. Damn it.

For the Bills, I'm happy. There were 4 players that I wanted them to take @ 10 and they got one of them in Gilmore (others were Floyd, Barron, and Kuechly). I'm glad that Carolina made the Bills pick easier and less controversial for fans by taking Kuechly @9 because listening to the radio this past week he was the fan favorite.

Gilmore's attitude will change if the Bills start winning the next couple of years, if not he will find himself out of football real quick. I'm really psyched for the 2nd round as there are still 3 good tackles left and a handful of decent WR's. I hope the Bills go LT in the 2nd and WR in the 3rd or trade up into the 2nd round with the shit ton of picks they have left and nab Janoris Jenkins to solidify their CB position (although with Aaron Williams they likely won't)

Apparently you guys were "bummed" when Wright was taken at 20. That's who Browns brass wanted.

Yeah, I've seen. Sounded a lot like they panicked, which is bad.

I still wouldn't have wanted Wright that badly. =/

I just don't understand how we could pass on DeCastro or Reiff... both dropped further than they should have. Nobody would have taken Weeden before 37. Heck, maybe we could've gotten him in the 3rd.

I had never heard Mark Barron's name mentioned for the Bucs before the draft. I wanted Claiborne but we also had a huge need at safety. I wasn't completely sold until I saw this from Mike Mayock....

"Boy, is this a solid pick," Mayock said. "I love this kid because his floor and ceiling are the same thing. His ceiling is to be a Pro Bowl safety; his floor is to be a Pro Bowl safety. That's how good this young man is."

I'm really excited that they jumped up and got Doug Martin out of Boise St. Having him and Blount in the backfield should be nice.

I wonder if Blount and Martin will joke about "the punch".

I'd be willing to be people don't bring that up to Blount too much.

Seattle reached only because of the number of players at their target position. I agree that Bruce Irvin has huge potential, But he comes with a significant amount of off-field risk and a limited tool set and physical restrictions (Size) If he ends up being the next Clay Matthews its a no brainer, If hes anything less it was an over payment.

He wouldn't have been available in 2.

I have on good authority that the Bronco's were going to take him at 25.

I love that my phins got Tannehill. They have his head coach at AnM as the OC and Philbin as a head coach(who is known for his success in grooming QBs.) Perfect pick at 8.
