the price for this 65 overall back is getting a bid ridiculous...
I'm pegging him as my HB of the future, that's why I went big. I plan on starting him as the feature back
I bid 20 mil and 10 yrs....
This is just a common sense warning on where I can foresee these bids going... If anything as an undrafted FA rookie, he should sign on somewhere for about 600-700k 1 year deal.
It is just getting really close to crazy land for this guy.
Speed isnt as big a deal as it was in last years madden.
I agree. Noel Devine will never be a feature back in the NFL and shouldn't get anything more than what mustang said.
totally agree mustang. Bruiser backs are really valuable, look at Cedric Benson and especially lagerette blounts effectiveness
speed is basically everything in this years Madden, almost as bad as NCAA 09 but not quite.
Holy shit. Unbelievable.
go look at TMFL lol
Why? Is it cheesier and more ridiculous?
Is it run by Keller?
disappointing. That's what it's come to...sad man.
I don't know why no one in that thread knows that Keller wad one of the guys pushing the price up.
I know lol, and Keller is like hey no need to be pointing any fingers! lol
Simply put, we're gonna notice all the guys who try and load up on speed and try and cheese that way. If the same guys are the ones going after all the speed guys again and again, they won't last too long here.
It honestly isnt the speed that I wanted, I like the idea of a back I can use as a slot WR and back him up with a power guy like McGahee. It's all based on my offense. I could care less about pure speed players
Also you say he isnt on an NFL roster in real life, but if we made every move that NFL GMs are making, than why even play the game? You are your own GM, if someone decides that a player fits their system, regardless of overall, why shouldn't they try to lock him up long term?
