The Raiders are looking to deal their first pick for some draft pick compensation.
Everyone is open for trade talks with a reasonable offer.
2012-13 Season Outlook After two straight 8-8 seasons the Oakland Raiders look towards newly hired coach Kareem Russell to restore order, to bring back greatness this storied often hated franchise. Their eighth coach since their last Super Bowl (2002, last playoff appearance), Russell might just be the missing piece to the puzzle. The real question is how ready is this team? Can McFadden play a full season? Can Carson Palmer play at an elite level a year off the couch? Can this team play with discipline, confidence and exhibit the will to win when it matters the most? Will this franchise except and hold itself accountable in its commitment to excellence? Seems that there are more questions then answers at the moment. One things for sure Coach Russell is in it for the long haul, and the best part about starting at the bottom there is only one way up. KEYS TO VICTORY
