Kind of stole this idea off the HK, but it will be good I think to get some discussion going about major off-season decisions you might have to make. Who's a priority to resign? Who are you going to let hit FA? Looking to trade anyone, let us know. Who can't you afford? What's your focus in the draft? Let's hear some team's dilemmas going forward into the off-season.

    NOTABLE Steelers Contracts up:
    CB Ike Taylor
    OLB Jason Worilds
    CB Cortez Allen
    TE Jeremichael Finley
    DT Ryan Pickett
    WR Darrius Heyward-Bey

Steelers are prepping to part with long time CB Ike Taylor this year. Depending on his price-tag, it's likely he's going to hit the FA market after 9 season with Pittsburgh. #1 Priority this off-season is signing CB Cortez Allen to a long-term deal. He led the Steelers in INTs this year with 6 and is only 25 years old. Good speed and great cover ability, he will be the #1 in Pitt for a long time.

TE J. Finley when healthy was great. We will evaluate our financials and decide if we want to give him another go next season. He's still quite young and has good speed and hands. We would like to retain him for a few more years.

OLB Jason Worilds led the club with 8 sacks on the year. He keeps getting better and better. He will be our #2 priority although I think he will want a lot of dough.

Everyone else will be hitting the market.

In the draft we will look to improve our secondary, add some WR and LB depth. Also look for a late round QB to develop.

Buffalo's #1 #2 and #3 priority this offseason is finding a way to keep DT Marcel Dareus. He is really the only player of significance who's contract is up and recorded 13 sacks this season.

With no first round draft pick or money, the Bills will look to add depth and save money the rest of the offseason

    San Francisco 49ers 2014 Offseason
First thing the team addressed was that HC Jim Harbaugh would return to the sidelines and finish out the final year of his contract. The whispers of Harbaugh' future by the bay are only muted for the time being.

    Free agents eligible players:

    • HB Frank Gore 90: After an 1182 yard rushing effort but going into year 11 could the franchise workhorse be on his away out of San Fran?
    • WR Michael Crabtree: Did not have a great season but is still the team's #1 outside threat in the passing game.
    • LG Mike Iupati: A beast in the run game but serious deficiencies in pass pro could usher in the Brandon Thomas era.
    • RG Alex Boone: Strong in the run game and improving in pass pro with no clear replacement on the roster many expect him to be back.
    • DT Alan Branch: A stop gap player who did not have a great impact after joining the team in the summer.
    • CBs Culliver and Cook: Unlikely the team brings both of these guys back so one would suspect the more versatile Cook to be the priority.
    Team Needs:
    • The team needs a presence at DT to allow Willis and Bowman to wreak havoc on the opposing offenses. That guy is not on the roster at this time. There is some Talk that Ray McDonald could be pushed inside with the emergence of DE Tank Carradine, who led the team with 10 sacks in pass rush and reserve role.
    • Cornerback depth is much needed
    • No team wants to think about it but every team needs a plan in the event that their starter goes down for the sason, so look for the Niners to get a backup capable of stepping in for Colin.
    • O-line depth as there is not much after the anticipated offseason move.
    • Pass rushers needed
    Potential Players on the Move
    • Ray McDonald 85 overall 30 year old 3-4 DE earning $5.36million
    • Ahmad Brooks 81 overall 31 year old 3-4 OLB earning $5.95million

    PHILADELPHIA EAGLES

    Notable Expiring Contracts:

    CB: Cary Williams
    MLB: DeMeco Ryans
    WR: Jeremy Maclin

    FB: James Casey
    CB: Brandon Boykin
    LE: Flecther Cox
    MLB: Mychal Kendricks
    QB: Nick Foles
    RE: Cedric Thornton
    FS: Nate Allen
    CB: Nolan Carroll II
    K: David Akers

There are a few more guys, but these guys are all starters. The Eagles intend to make a run on all their vets, with extra attention going towards the defense. Kendricks, Boykin, Carroll, Williams all had a great '14 season. Depending on the money demands of Maclin, Foles and Ryans will decide their futures with the franchise. Maclin's role in the offense diminished last season with the play of rookie WR Jordan Matthews. Kicker David Akers and LB DeMeco Ryans may be cap casualties due to their money demands and level of performance offered.
Depending on who's coming back to Philly and who signs out of the pool will really effect the Eagle's draft. As it stands the Eagles plan to address the defensive side of the ball which is currently ranked 30th in the league.

    Saints

HB- mark Ingram and P. Thomas will both be hitting the market this year after not being offered contracts by the saints.

Not many free agents worth mentioning after those two.

Draft and FA targets: would like to draft a defensive lineman to help up front as C. Jordan is in 5 on 1's constantly. Also not looking at signing any major names in free agency unless it's a back up or older veteran. That saint goal is to change the culture of this team from a fitness team to a physical team within the next 3 years.

Rumors: team is willing to listen to solid trade offers for CB K. Lewis(draft pick only)

The saints are putting pressure on Brees to make a decision on retiring before FA in hopes to have ample time to prepare for his departure...

With the switch to the 3-4, after yet another coaching change in Dallas, the Cowboys will look to move guys to different positions and try to acquire players who fit the 3-4. It shouldn't be tough because they already have most of the pieces. They need a OLB and a nose tackle.

Justin Durant is probably gone. He is a good 4-3 cover 2 OLB but, Bruce Carter and Sean Lee will be the two MLB's. DE Lawrence will move to OLB and try and build on a very good rookie year. He was a OLB in college so it shouldn't be tough.

Dallas signed their biggest FA's to extensions. Dez Bryant, DeMarco Murray, Bruce Carter. All will be back.

They are still making a decision on Doug Free and others.

    Raiders Off-Season:

First sign the most important pending FA, Darren Mcfadden to long term deal or Tag him. Pray he doenst get hurt again.
DT Pat Sim is getting old, may look to sign him but also open to upgrading at this position.
Upgrade the RG position on the offensive line as Bergstrom hasn't been very good run blocking or pass blocking.
Upgrade the DBs, Tarell Brown not sure how much he is going to ask for, but i assume a lot so we'll see. Hopefully DJ hayden can be good and will conitnue to develop Chekwa and Taiwan Jones.
Charles Woodson - Getting old, may look to upgrade there at the FS position and pending FA, but may look to keep him because he is Charles Woodson!
