Week 3 is here. Make sure you post in the "Done" thread if you don't need any more weeks.

Someone text me if we get to 12/12, or 10/12 minus D and myself. If we do, I'll advance, but I ain't bettin' the mortgage on it.

I will recruit week 4 in the morning. Hopefully week four should finish it for me.

I'm done Week 3 and took care of MSU, also.

The info Smooth sent me doesn't seem to be working on dynasty wire or the console.

I forwarded JCA BS' text - he's trying it now.

    Thanks JCA...
I still have 3 spots to fill... Depends on what happens after this advance.

I'll be able to recruit from work all day, so just let me know when we move.

No problem, you might want to take a look at it if you haven't already. I pulled some guys off your board to avoid over-signing and went after what you said you wanted in your text. Hope I didn't mess it up too bad for you.

I don't know. I think I'm going to go out of town for a while and put it off a few days.

Can someone play next year's games for me - I'm a little busy. :D

I'm kidding, of course. Just find it a bit funny that everyone is so unavailable, but no one has any issue asking me to hurry it up. Kind of ironic when you're in my spot ... and I know some of you guys commish other places, so you go through it, too.

I spent large parts of yesterday trying to log in as other people, figure out who was and wasn't able to do their stuff, figure out when this stuff could happen and when I could advance without making anyone mad ... etc. From now on, I'm just going to set a "show up or get simmed" kind of schedule. If you guys wheel and deal behind my back, great, but managing it gets old real fast. Had more of that in the past couple days than I'm used to. I'm used to one or two maybe, but last night it was over half of us, and I'm not doing that every year.

We finish tonight. I don't care if you wife has a kid or your dog gets a hangnail. Preseason starts tonight.

I am watching Big Brother tonight. Then I have to do my toe nails so I am not sure when I can finish. Don't go without me though. Oh yeah then I have to watch reruns of Gilligans Island.

Hey man, whatever floats your boat. I was just asking the question, and communication about plans for the offseason and what not haven't really been clearly communicated in my opinion. I've been bouncing between threads just to understand where everything is, there hasn't been a schedule of any sort, so I thought I'd ask the question.

To top things off, I haven't received any emails from the Dynasty Wire telling me when we've advanced, so it's even more difficult to know where the hell we are and who or what we're waiting for. So apologies for getting you all wound up.

This is why the 7am 7 pm concept works so well. It allows for ppl to HAVE to get to the ps3 or we move on . In say maybe 30-40 offseasons the leagues i have been in did this maybeeee 5 times a guy had to have the other guy do his stuff. It always seemed to work cause ppl have a set time to get it done. And since it is set no one can say hey it wasnt fair cause guys have a 12 hour window

I think it might be a good idea to start posting scholarships available at the beginning of each season, then an update post at the start of the offseason, so if people are doing your stuff, they know how many scholarships are available. It also makes it easier for people to be held accountable without a ton of extra work for the Commish.
