Offseason is in full swing and Free Agency has commenced.

Now let's get some chatter going on what the basic plans are for your teams.

What are your most important team needs?

Are you looking to address them in Free Agency or the Draft?

Are there any players currently on your roster that could fill that gap?

What are your most important team needs?
    - My top 3 needs are probably CB, OL, and TE.

Are you looking to address them in Free Agency or the Draft?
    - I've picked up Javier Arenas and Bruce Johnson for the CB position in FA, as well as an OG in T. Green for some depth. I've got some targets on some more offensive line in the free agency pool, but still will look at players in the draft, but more than likely that will come in the later rounds. Early, I think I am going to target TE or CB, despite signing 2 in the FA. I'm looking more long term.

Are there any players currently on your roster that could fill that gap?
    - At CB, Jayron Hosley has played well and could challenge for the #2 CB spot with Arenas and anyone I pick up in the Draft. I think my secondary will be much better this year. At TE, Robinson and Klem both play really well, but I need a 3rd option for a more blocking role.

What are your most important team needs?
    Probably WR

Are you looking to address them in Free Agency or the Draft?
I am looking to address all team needs via the draft, there were too many do not sign guys for me to keep track of, plus I don't have too many team needs

Are there any players currently on your roster that could fill that gap?
    That's what she said...

What are your most important team needs?
    - My biggest needs are CB, OL, and WR.

Are you looking to address them in Free Agency or the Draft?
    - It'll have to be the draft with the Jags being glitched.

Are there any players currently on your roster that could fill that gap?
    - The Jaguars return every starter from their AFC Championship team. So the current roster does have players that should be able to hold down the fort if certain needs can't be addressed in the draft.

What are your most important team needs?
    - Currently, my biggest needs are at QB, HB, TE, and both LOLB / ROLB.

Are you looking to address them in Free Agency or the Draft?
    - Both. With the #2 OVR pick some of the bigger needs will be met hopefully through the draft, but I'm also looking to add a few veterans via FA as I do have quiet a bit of cap space left.

Are there any players currently on your roster that could fill that gap?
    - With as weak as my offensive line is, I would probably be alright with Stephens-Howling at HB, but I'm probably not gonna go that route. I also have some decent young OLB, but they're a little on the weak side for running a successful 3-4.

I'm surprised you didnt resign Abdullah at FS. He actually played quiet well for me last season. RT was also going to be a focus of mine as I wasnt willing to pay Strief 4 mil a year.

What are your most important team needs?

My most important holes to fill are FS, SS, OL, Maybe a QB still not sure about that

Are you looking to address them in Free Agency or the Draft?

I am looking to fill the OL issue through free agency. As for the other hole I will try to fill them through the draft.

Are there any players currently on your roster that could fill that gap?
    No not really.
