Ooooooook, so, time to hash this one out quick like.

We are looking at being done with Bowls likely on Thursday.

I'd like to do this on one night still as its easier, or, we do it how we did last time.

Poll is up, you can pick more than one option of your willingness.

    Discuss.

I accidentally checked the wrong box, I am closing on Monday night so I won't be able to do that night. I meant to hit Sunday. I would like to swing by the company holiday party for a bit and it goes from 5:30-9:30 pm Mountain time (7:30-11:30 Eastern) so preferably not directly in the middle of that time frame (earlier would be great).

12 hour advances until Sunday night, and finish up then.

I agree, it eats up a lot of time waiting for everyone to recruit. I think the carousel is the most important (and fun) for everyone to be on for.

12-Hour is perfectly fine by me.

With he carousel though, since its first it will be the same situation as last year, me sending text and posting to who is up and them wither getting on or telling me what they want. No huge windows there or it will take forever.

I'll be interested to see my coaching prestige after this season. Because I know I'm going to miss some recruiting goals (ten top 500 recruits, and I think I didn't have enough visits either) but I'll have the bonus conference championship, reach a bowl game, and probably win a bowl game (hopefully) to compensate.

As to the carousel, I'm on break so it shouldn't be too much of an issue for me to hop on. And if I'm away, Jman has my cell number and knows what kind of roster I'm looking at.

Yeah I think the way CC was handled last season via text messages worked out well. Would be nice to knock that out in a 24 hour time frame.

Its almost all typed up, will go up when we hit Conf. Championship week, just about like when the rumors start to fly in real life.

Its going to be a fun one.

I assume I will get my invite in preseason? In that case, um, faster you guys knock it out the better! :D

Otherwise, If I am participating... I work late most nights and am on west coast..... getting a couple guys to stay up late for user games a few times per season usually isnt an issue, but trying to coordinate with everyone at once is no bueno usually.... so If I have some critical cuts/position changes I can give my GT info to Jman but more likely it wont matter as my team will be super terrible (then go unbeaten) regardless.

Or if we do 12 hour advances through recruiting I can get on from a computer......

I think Jman is out West (ish) so you guys should be awake for texting info/decisions back and forth. Could be wrong on that but I don't think so.

Good call, if I am at work I can usually still text and if not I try not to obsess too much about offseason, if there is a decision I really care about (move that HB to WR) then I would let him know before hand

No worries. We will coordinate and work it all out.

As far as invite, yep, preseason. And you'll need to create a new coach and not select an existing one for prestiges sake.

    Also, I'm centrat time zone.

I say 24 hour advances...I doubt we'll all agree on a time and hopefully the coaching carousel can be moved along at a decent pace

24 is a no go. It'd be 12 like last season.

Why'd you take your Akron record out of your sig? :p

Suggestion for Coach Carousel..... whoever is up should text whoever is up next and so on.... if we're lucky it can get completely knocked out in one day, and if someone is away from xbox they could give GT info and txt back and forth with someone available to find out if they have any decent offers

I've disabled texting cuz I only use group me . . . Still think we should create one for the whole group so everybody's on the same page of what's going down.
