    very important right now that no one advances XFN; this is because of position changes. Right now xfn is the only place to see the players overall at their natural position from last season. This is for the assumption rule that we use for progressions (if the natural position goes up by 2, we assume the new position also goes up by 2)

    Also, I had on the capbook the overall in their natural position listed all the way to the right in the column H, but somehow that got erased. The teams in the list above have all had the overalls at their natural position added back to column H

    Um....you have last year's cap book too.

    those numbers are erased from there too though, I think

    If they are in our current cap book, I can easily copy/paste them to the "old" book.

    I did that this morning before I read the post. That is totally my fault.

    Also, mods adjust before cuts, so right after the progression/regression stage.

    Rams have one other adjustment to make due to position change rules but other than that Rams mods are correct.
